Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Barajas

To clarify some questions that I had myself before arriving to the apartment: * I have been living in this flat for 3 months and I haven’t seen a cockroach. Just in case, Jonathan took the complaints serious and set up some traps in the flat. * Yes, there is no service inside of the apartment, but the wifi works perfectly! * There is not that much natural light, but that somehow also makes the flat very cozy (as the description says) * It is located very centrally, even though it might not look like that on Maps. Since the apartment is in the ground floor, the air is a bit humid inside. Opening the windows a lot helps, and there were also some dehumidifiers set up, which made it better too. As for Jonathan as a host, he does his “job” perfectly! He was always available and answered within a couple of minutes. Whenever I had a problem, he stopped by and helped me as soon as he could. All in all, I think there is no better place to stay in Madrid, especially for that price!

Came to Madrid for work and stayed at Oscar’s apartment. Location is super safe, walkable any time of the day. The space is very comfortable, clean, and the communication was great throughout my stay. Highly recommend and I would be back.

Staying at Gustavo's house is paradise. He has thought of every little detail in this spacious and unique home he designed himself. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, all residential, but at the same time you are either only 2 minutes away from a taxi, or only 5 mins away from the bus, to get anywhere you want to go. Taxi ride from the house to the main attractions is 10 mins or less. It's the perfect blend of tranquility and city life, so easy to get anywhere, and a 10 minute walk gets you to Retiro Park and it's beautiful peacocks! Gustavo is so accommodating and thoughtful, he learned of some complications I had and made some very considerate gestures that most hosts would not even think of. The home is spacious and surrounded by beautiful gardens, perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. 3 full beds and 3 full baths, every amenity you can think of. We fell in love with Madrid and this house, and will definitely return.

We stayed at Juan’s place for over 10 days and rented two units to celebrate our daughter’s wedding. Both units were on first floor and ours had a beautiful garden. Perfect for 2 adults and maybe a kid. Clean, spacious and within walking distance to great restaurants, grocery stores, Alcala street, metro and bus stops. Juan was very friendly and responsive. The AC was great since it was very hot outside. Also, very convenient laundry room in the common area. Our only complain is the very poor internet service. We had to use our data almost every day while being inside the apartment. Although Juan indicated new internet was going to be installed we experienced the problem until we left.

José Carlos was super helpful from the beginning of our reservation, the apartment was impeccable, it had espresso coffee and hygiene items. Always responded very quickly and kindly, I highly recommend it!!! We are a family of 4 and it was great for the period we stayed there.

You can't ask for more, perfect location for IFEMA, large, luxurious house, with all kinds of details, kitchen utensils, freshly ground coffee, quiet area without noise and 10-12 minutes from Chamartín train station. This is the second time we've stayed at Dania's house and we'll be back for sure, a 10 out of 10, especially the friendly and helpful treatment of Nelson, who helped us at all times. I'd like to highlight how clean the house was inside, the beds are the closest thing to a good hotel, comfortable and pleasant.

Nice to stay there. The house is small but has everything you can expect. For me, details like coffee or baking paper or albal give me an idea of what they want to offer you, they want you to be comfortable and not miss anything. Mercedes was very friendly and the pool is a very nice addition. We'll be back.

A Fantastic Stay! We had an amazing time at your place during our recent visit to the city . From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness, comfort, and attention to detail. The space was beautifully decorated and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was cozy, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the bathroom was sparkling clean. Additionally, the location was perfect for exploring the area. We appreciated the host’s recommendations for local attractions and restaurants, which added to our overall experience. The place is one of the best places I've ever stayed, accessible, comfortable, with all the amenities you need! In addition, the place was very clean when we arrived, and the linens and blankets smelled very good. Recommended

Perfect for spending a few days or long periods in Madrid, everything was very clean, Gema was attentive at all times, we had a small problem with the TV, but it was solved very quickly, in a few minutes a very friendly girl came to help us. As a downside, I recommend installing a better hair dryer. There were two small travel ones, one didn't work, and the other had a broken back, so you risked getting your hair tangled, and it didn't work very well either. I must say that I didn't inform the host. Very quiet area, a short walk from the Plenilunio shopping center, with very spacious parking and easy to park. I liked everything in general, I'm sure we'll repeat.

Sandra’s apartment was great. So much better than staying in a hotel near the airport. The in-building parking is really convenient. There are multiple parks right near the building. Strong recommend!

Very clean and super well-equipped apartment. Very good location, there is everything close by. Ignacio was super flexible at check-in and check-out, giving me all kinds of facilities. Always attentive and willing, responding instantly.

This is a wonderful apartment in the center of Madrid. It was a nice mix of comfort and total convenience with local charm. Completely spotless with great AC- it was very warm when we were there. The balcony is gorgeous and although you’re on a busy side street (not cars- people!), there’s NO sound in the bedroom. The host was so helpful. If we are back in Madrid again I would absolutely stay here.

Great apt and centrally located near Malasaña. Despite being on a big street it was very quiet at night. We had a great stay.
