I felt like I was staying in a cozy dollhouse! The hot tub was amazing after hiking in Acadia. I love their welcoming and communal living style setup. The room was super comfortable too

We had a great stay at Open Hearth Inn. Arthur is a great host. We had an issue with door of our cottage not being locked. He addressed our concern immediately and provided us with another accomodation so that we could feel safe at night.

We felt right at home at the Open Hearth Inn. Arthur and his team were very friendly and helpful. The inn is stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay, including snacks and treats for both humans and pups. We enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub when we weren’t hiking in Acadia. Definitely a great experience!

We loved staying at this location! It was a quick drive to Acadia and Bar Harbor, so there was plenty to do! We also enjoyed the hot tub at the location and the access to laundry.

I was traveling with my dog to do some hiking and it was a perfect place. Very welcoming, clean, quiet and close to Acadia. My dog especially loved the dog treats at the entrance. The suite was very comfortable and there was everything I needed in the shared kitchen. We look forward to staying again.

Delightful little room nearby Acadia. Can’t recommend enough. Check the maps before you arrive to find your room!

I can't say enough about this place. Traveling with 4 seniors with mobility problems can be a challenge but Linda was beyond amazing and accommodating. The home had everything you needed and more. I can't wait to be able to come back

Perfect studio. Used the jetted tub, nice and relaxing. Lots of extras (new toiletries, coffee, filters, sugar, etc.) much appreciated and used. The view, esp at sunrise, was stunning. Quiet neighbors. The beach store (pizza, sandwiches, salads, coffee and more) was very good. Just down stairs and one building over. (get there early for their muffins) I would certainly stay here again.

wonderful location, a few minutes walk to main Street and all the restaurants and shops. The apartment was exactly as described and was extremely well located and priced. would happily stay here again.

Amazing place! Easy parking and gorgeously decorated. Easy access to the park. Only thing to note is kitchen doesn’t have an oven.

Our stay was fantastic. The place was clean and laid out nicely. It was also close enough and an easy drive to Acadia National Park. Highly recommend, and I would definitely come back and stay here again!

This is a great place to stay, even better than it appears in the photos. It was not just clean, it was immaculate - and for an extremely observant nurse - that was awesome. The unit had easy access with a slight gradient path and only two steps - which was very helpful for us as seniors. The firm bed was very comfortable. Barbara was responsive and thought of everything, including having delicious specialty coffee for us - Thanks. She even had a cooler in the closet for us to use when we went to Acadia National Park. Like I said, she truly thought of everything. If we return to this area of Maine, we would love to stay again. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a lovely time here! The apartment was cozy and very clean, instructions were detailed and easy to follow. The area is very quiet and not too bad of a drive to Acadia. Would recommend to others!

Dear Julie - We had a fantastic time in Maine, the people were lovely and your place was absolutely perfect! All new, so clean, private bedrooms, a hot shower after a day of hiking at Acadia, et cetera, et cetera. You have every single detail covered from the kitchen to the bathroom. I was in need of nothing and really had to think to provide some constructive feedback, and here it is. A vegetable steamer basket would be a great addition. Haha, that's it. Sooooo glad we stayed in Ellsworth instead of Bar harbor. Don't get me wrong, Bar Harbor is beautiful right by the ocean, but it's a bit too touristy for me, and the inflated restaurant prices are hard to endure. A 25 minute drive from Ellsworth put us at the loop road entrance to Acadia, so simple. We spent Saturday night at The Black Moon Public House whooping it up with locals to live music by the band T.O.M.B. Perfect week, perfect ending. If you read this and need a place to stay, book it. You'll be glad you did.

The location was perfect - you didn’t need your car to get around. We were right at the main square or park with lots of interesting shops and restaurants close by. We were 10 minutes from Acadia National Park. Highly recommend spending the extra $6 to drive up Cadillac Mountain. The unit was well appointed, clean, and had games for the kids to play. I did’t care for the shower but I am not used to a claw-foot tub shower. Overall really enjoyed our stay!

This was the perfect space for our family of 4. We spent the day in Acadia which was an easy 30 minute drive. The house had everything that we needed and was very clean! We would definitely stay again. Having baby items at the house was very helpful - pack n’ play and high chair!

Can’t rave enough about our stay at Adi’s Mountain View! Beautiful view, cozy and peaceful lodgings, and wonderful host. Tate was extremely kind and patient. The kitchen was well stocked and tidy, as well as the laundry area. We will be coming back!

Andrew was an excellent host. The accommodation was beautiful, in a great location, and very easy to navigate. Perfect way to explore the wonderful town of Belfast (which has sneaky good restaurants), and broader Maine area.

Good value and convenient location. A bit cramped for 5 people and lacking a few cooking items (cheese grater, large bowls, measuring cups). But a great home base for exploring Acadia. Host was kind enough to let us check in early too!

This is my second time staying at Raven’s Perch. The space and the location are perfect. As I walked in on my second stay here, it felt just like home and familiar. So close to Cadillac and downtown and easy access to everything. Highly recommend!

Tanja’s place was absolutely incredible, I am already missing my time there! The place was spotless, great location, great living space and amenities. Deck was beautiful for nature and stargazing. Tanja was very helpful and extremely responsive. Bathroom was spotless and spacious, and having a washer/dryer was an added bonus. The perfect place to rest and recover from days spent exploring Bar Harbor and Acadia.

We enjoyed our stay - great, walkable location close to downtown Bar Harbor. I reached out to Dani when I discovered there was no blow dryer, and one was dropped off within an hour. I would stay here again.

If you are looking for a vacation that is quiet, relaxing and with stunning views then this is the place! Only 10 minutes from downtown bar harbor and quick easy access to Acadia. Honestly, my wife and I made less trips to Acadia because the views from the property were better! The hosts are fantastic and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend.

Very happy with this stay. Comfy place with a beautiful view, comfy bed, and good area to hang out at. They also included a pack in play for my infant son, and he was very happy to sleep in it. One word of caution, its street name is very similar to a nearby street so make sure you pay attention or you'll end up at the wrong house!
