Characterful apartment of 60 m2 facing the sea, with veranda, magnificent view!!! My apartment is in Old Banyuls: Cap d 'Oune. It's a really charming area, with its beautiful alleys. The apartment is very close to the beach, with access via a tunnel, without having to cross the road! And it is close to all amenities (restaurants, bars, supermarkets, bakery, fishmonger, cellars, pharmacy, doctors...) and activities.

The studio is designed to make you feel as comfortable as possible to have a good vacation. Parking nearby, the studio is also a 5-10 min walk from the train station! The apartment is on the heights of Banyuls sur mer, pretty village by the sea near the Spanish border and not far from Perpignan , the rental is located on the ground floor of the villa with a separate entrance! The apartment is rated 3 stars from the tourist office. Tennis courts 200 m away with rental on time.
