Charming & cozily furnished attic apartment with high ceilings, exposed beams, sunny west balcony, fireplace and open living/dining area - suitable for families. Our 80 sq. m apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, directly below King Ludwig II's fairytale castle Neuschwanstein and overlooks Hohenschwangau Castle. In 15 minutes on foot you will be at the Alpsee and the ascent to the castles. Many beautiful hikes/ cycling tours start with us. Schwangau is 2.6 km, Füssen 4.2 km.

House on the lake with sauna

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Living/dining room, balcony, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms & a sauna.

The modern furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of our small family house and radiates Tyrolean coziness. The beautiful view from the living area and terrace over the fields Achenkirch, directly to the Rofan Mountain range and the Seekarspitze, facilitates leaving behind everyday stress and invites you to enjoy and relax. Lake Achen, the largest lake in Tyrol, is 2 km away. The ski resort is within walking distance. The golf course is 1 km away.

Modern apartment right on the Lech. The apartment consists of a modern kitchen , a bedroom (double bed), a bathroom with shower and toilet, and an entrance area with a cloakroom. The apartment is set back in the courtyard/garden or on the Lech and completely on the 2nd floor. Above the Lech you can enjoy a romantic view of the former monastery of St. Mang and the High Castle at your feet. Shopping, strolling, dining out... possible without transportation.

The Residenz Berghof, built in 2012, is beautifully located in the Olympia Region Seefeld overlooking the village of Mösern and the largest free-hanging bell in Tyrol - the Peace Bell, which rings every day at 5 pm as a sign of peace. This beautiful spot of land is called the swallow's nest of Tyrol because of its sun-drenched altitude at 1200 m. The villa was completely renovated in 2015. The villa is in the heart of Füssen, just a stone´s throw from the old town and Füssen´s main station. The bus station to Schloss Neuschwanstein is only meters away.

In the morning you can enjoy your coffee on the terrace with mountain views. From the house you can start several small hikes (e.g. to the castle ruins or to the Faulensee), otherwise you can of course also get to the mountains quickly.
