Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Banja Luka

What a welcome wonderful stay. Was greeted by her and family when I arrived. (The daughter helpfully spoke English) Snjezana has a very good sense for hospitality. The kitchen was one of the best stocked ones I’ve seen. The bed was large and very comfortable. Bathroom was full of items in case you forgot your own. There is even an outlined parking place right outside the house. Will be coming back next time!

Samra's place is very peaceful and quiet. Plus the garden gives you privacy and the trees can give a shade and cool you in a hot summer day. The house is spacious for a family of four. We all found it very comfortable and had everything we needed. 1 minute walking distance to restaurants and shops. Few minutes distance to major tourists attractions and rhe river. Huge recommendations for a great and unique place in the city centre!

The airbnb is perfect! A brand new house in the hills with a lot of privacy. A lovely large garden and swimming pool. Everything is new and complete. A complete big kitchen and 2 badrooms. The porch is covered with a great BBQ / Grill where you can grill on the fireplace. Beautiful surroundings and close to Banja Luka. We really enjoyed it!

Beautiful holiday home with swimming pool in a unique location with stunning views over Banja Slatina. Swimming pool is equipped with a fountain and hot tub with beautiful LED lighting in the evening. Large terrace with sauna for extra relaxation. Provided with a BBQ and small vegetable garden and fruit trees. Lisel is an excellent host who gives you a warm welcome in his cozy garden. Speaks excellent English language and gives you a lot of information about the area. Helpful...funny and sweet.

Super host. the owner was very friendly. great cozy and clean houseand in a quiet place in Banja Gora. center is close by in few minutes, supermarket close to house etc all beds are very comfortable for sleeping, good heating. I would have stayed here again when we arrived in Banja Luka :) Recommended and you! Thank you!

Ljubinka is incredibly hospitable, and the place is fantastic—spotlessly clean, cozy, and private, with fresh air. We were even welcomed with a plate of local meats, delicious cheese, and grapes, along with two beers and a treat for our cat, which was such a thoughtful touch. Highly recommended!

Had a great stay at Gordana’s place. The flat is spacious and clean, with all necessary amenities. The location is perfect, in the center of the city, everything was within walking distace. We came by car, but easily found a parking next to the building. I would highly recommend staying here for anyone visiting Banja Luka.

Aleksandra was very helpful and responsive. We reached out quite late in the evening, but her and her husband were willing to proactive to help us. The husband chopped wood for us for the fireplace, and they were also open to letting us stay a little longer on the check out day as there was a party at the orthodox center next door and it kept us up at night. Overall, it’s a very great location and the garden is right on the river. They were super friendly and helpful!

Aneta was very welcoming and was flexible about our meeting time when my bus was late. The views and plants were beautiful. Clean, comfortable, and convenient distance to city center and to bus station. I would stay here again!

I don't know where to start, Bojan is a great host, he gave all the clear instructions, we easily found the accommodation. The accommodation is extremely clean and fragrant, we had everything we needed. Close to the market center, playground with various sports activities and during the night extremely pleasant and quiet for sleeping. When we arrived, we found a chilled drink in the fridge, Bojan is really an exceptional host. In the future, we know who to contact when we come to Banja Luka, the complete impression is the highest rating 10:)

“If you are looking for a chance to see the real Banja Luka, and meet some of the real happy friendly people, then Ljilja's place is perfect. It is very clean and tidy, and your host will make you feel welcome. There are plenty of local amenities nearby and the town center is only a 20 minute bus ride away. Just take no 2 bus or 13A. The bus stop is only a short walk from the house. If you are coming by bus to Banja Luka, the main Bus station is only a 10 minute journey. I noticed all along the route there were a lot of interesting shops and businesses. I like to compare prices of items between places so this was great for me! If you were intending to drive or cycle there is plenty of space for parking at the house, and taxis can be organised if necessary though I mostly used the bus, there is usually one every ten minutes or so. There are plenty of local shops, post, bars and places to eat, and if you walk about 15 minutes back towards Banja Luke town center there is a bank on the right hand side with a cash point machine. There might be others nearby but this was the one I used. The house is quiet and peacefull in a pleasent safe area. There is tea and coffee in the kitchen, and soap, shower cream and toilet paper in the bathroom, clean sheets and blankets in the bedrooms. There is a really nice garden around the house with fresh fruit you can pick to eat, a small river that runs next to the house, and plenty of space for sunbathing and relaxing. The host, who speaks very good English, German and some French, is very helpful, and can recommend plenty of interesting places to visit. I definitely would recommend staying here if you like to have a relaxing holiday you can tell all your friends about.

My parents felt very comfortable. The apartment is very nice, free parking is available, restaurants and supermarket are within walking distance. Glad to come back!

Extraordinarily clean and comfortable condo with generous amenities! Jelena was a very responsive host. The Tropic supermarket across the street was very convenient, and free parking at the condo was nice.

Beautiful apartment, impeccably clean, fully equipped, I would especially like to single out a coffee maker for all lovers of good espresso. Premium location, just a few minutes away from the beautiful park, city center and shopping mall. Susan is a great host! I'll definitely be back for the first time. Warm recommendations and compliments.

My second time staying and only place I want to stay in Banja Luka. Amazing location and comfortable apartment with everything you could need including a lovely roof terrace. Pavle has been great on both occasions with communication, always easy and helpful. Would definitely recommend
