บ้านพัก สะอาด ใหม่มาก กว้างขวาง ตรงกับในรูปเลยค่ะ เจ้าของบ้านตอบไว เป็นกันเองมาก เข้าถึงที่พักได้รวดเร็วและสะดวก เดินทางง่ายมาก ไว้จะกลับมาพักอีกนะคะ

This villa was exactly as advertised. It's really cozy and has an amazing outside area. The kitchen has everything you need, the bed is comfortable and everything was really clean. What more could you want? :-) Jonathan as a host was great. He always answered very quickly, early check in was possible and he is just overall a really nice guy. I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Villa. Pictures don’t do the place justice. Very smart and clean interior. Great space in living room. Bedrooms were all great sizes with in suite. Very clean and well maintained place. All furniture spotless and new. Great communication with grace, very friendly and welcoming. Location was amazing as was with my mother lots of things close by which could walk to, food, markets restaurants literally everything you could need. Cannot recommend this villa enough. Stayed in Pattaya 5 months and by the best accommodation I had during my staff. Will be returning in October. Thanks grace

It was a very good stay. Would definitely recommend. quick suggestion for improvement - the house is showing some signs of wear. Some of the tea / coffee cups have chipped off. Overall, it was worth it.

We stayed for a month (low season – May). The villa is well maintained, with a warm pool, bright living spaces, and all the amenities you need. The host was welcoming, and the housekeeper kindly handled our laundry for a few hundred bahts. Fast and mostly stable Wi-Fi. Fully equipped kitchen (even though we didn’t cook). Very few insects or mosquitoes. Quiet and safe neighborhood, some light visibility to neighbors but the area was mostly empty. Shower pressure was a bit low. Having a scooter or car is ideal, but Grab and Bolt work well from the villa.

Panatda is a great host very responsive and friendly. The place is centrally located near restaurants and the beach. The place very comfortable and clean. The swimming pool on the 31st floor very nice and beautiful. If I get back to Pattaya, I would definitely rent this place again.

Alin is very kind and responsive and she made me feel very comfortable. The apartment is very luminous and very clean and tidy. Alin is truly committed to providing a pleasant stay for her guests. The apartment offers really nice sea views and beautiful sunsets, which were definitely the highlight of the stay. It was clean and as described. The host was responsive and helpful throughout, and the building staff were polite and friendly. The location is a bit out of the way, so a motorbike is pretty much necessary to get around. It’s about 10 minutes to Jomtien and 20 minutes to central Pattaya. That said, the area is quiet, which some may prefer. There are a few good restaurants and beach bars nearby, especially on the left side near the resorts—worth checking out if you’re staying in. Overall, a solid option if you’re looking for a quieter place with a nice view and don’t mind a short ride to the main areas.

Great place within walking distance of restaurants and only a five minute walk to the beach where there are plenty of activities including parasailing, diving, jet skiing, and lounging under a beach umbrella while getting full service with beer and food. Pool and jacuzzi at the top floor with a beautiful view.

Best view, just an endless view of ocean from the apartment. You can see the sunset in front of you. Designed really well also!

Awesome and beautiful condo. Everything down to smallest detail was provided and everything in condo was first class.Great location. Great views from balcony. Perfect communication with GREAT hosts and included breakfast buffet at Pascals fine dining restaraunt was a very welcome bonus. Very best place i have ever stayed.
