The host responded quickly, so we didn't have much trouble communicating! Apart from the lack of shampoo and body wash, it was good! I had a good time!

The place in a quiet area a little bit away from the beach, but this is what we wanted as it was within walking distance of the music venue we were attending. The pool was great and everything you needed was there.

Great private villa to enjoy beautiful garden and pool. The villa has perfect facilities to enjoy holidays with big rooms. My 9-year-old kid really enjoyed days in this villa. I really liked beautiful flowers in the garden around the pool. Hans, the host, and his team coordinated perfectly to accommodate us to grasp what we needed and to troubleshoot even minor issues. Their response were always super quick and accurate. Perfect location to enjoy holidays in Pattaya. I recommend everyone coming to Pattaya stay this villa to enjoy holidays with friends or family. Thank you Paul, Kak, and Art and sister for being amazing hosts, your home is very clean,spacious, and well laid out for a large family, with kitchen, bathroom and two family rooms with TV's downstairs, and a further bathroom and three bedrooms upstairs, one of which also has the ensuite with jacuzzi (which our children loved!) and we were thankful for the shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. Thank you for the towel for each guest, which was very much appreciated. We enjoyed the use of the community pool which was very refreshing after busy mornings sight-seeing! Your home is in a quiet complex about 15 mins away from Pattaya centre and beach so it was lovely to have peace on our return each day. The main road is only 100 yards away which gives access to lots of bars, restaurants and a foodmarket which we enjoyed exploring! All in all, we loved that you took the time to ensure we had everything we needed during our holiday including booking our transfer to Bangkok on our last

Very good Villa and good services

We stayed for a month (low season – May). The villa is well maintained, with a warm pool, bright living spaces, and all the amenities you need. The host was welcoming, and the housekeeper kindly handled our laundry for a few hundred bahts. Fast and mostly stable Wi-Fi. Fully equipped kitchen (even though we didn’t cook). Very few insects or mosquitoes. Quiet and safe neighborhood, some light visibility to neighbors but the area was mostly empty. Shower pressure was a bit low. Having a scooter or car is ideal, but Grab and Bolt work well from the villa.

Poor soundproofing, everything else is perfect The assistant is also very cute and kind, the instructions and introductions are very complete, and the housekeeper and host respond very quickly. Everyone was very satisfied with this accommodation, Clean, everything is at a glance, a lot of small details are thoughtful Everyone says they'll come back next time.

I got really good memory in this place. very clean and peaceful. There are everything to stay. The host was fantastic. Because she had deep consideration and hospitality. If I travel to here I will stay again.

The villa was well equipped with everything we needed to move in and live comfortably. From kitchen essentials to cozy living spaces, it truly felt like a home away from home. We had a great stay at Uncle Noom's house. The host was always responsive and friendly. The house was great and has everything you may need and more! We were pleasantly surprise and enjoyed all the little details of the organization in the house. It is well thought out and clearly arranged with the experience of living in it. The location is right in between the beach and the wet market. Easy to get supplies and enjoy a BBQ by the pool/jacuzzi. We seriously enjoyed our weekend!

The location is great for the price. I moved so conveniently while in Pattaya. The accommodation is also clean. If you call Grab, it comes right away.

Great location, peaceful enough to be out the main area, but close enough that it only takes 10 mins to get to the beach. The house itself is as described, but took a little bit to find the house initially, check-in was a breeze though. There is a 7/11 a few mins walk, great massage places near too. The pool was great spent most of our time there.

Nice spot in an area that doesn’t feel touristy. Local food vendors nearby. Would stay here again

Nice place for a big family. Not the most luxurious place, but fit the needs of our outing and fit the budget. Definitely need to have transportation to get around. Would recommend for a getaway if you just wanna hang out with a large group.
