Staying here was just perfect! The host was great and staying in touch and the villa was perfect - it was everything in the description. Cleaners came everyday to clean and replenish stocks of coffee and water which was wonderful. Private and in a quiet, well kept road, it is a perfect place to relax. It's only a 3 minute walk to the beach, which has some local restaurants and bars on it, whilst if you want more choice, it's a short taxi ride to Pattaya. Would recommend it highly.

Pupae is a very friendly host and the place is perfect for a getaway to the coast.

The best place to stay in Pattaya in my opinion. The roof top swimming pool is just awesome. Chaiyadid is a friendly and resposive host. Had 0 issues at the property! Highly recommend!

Pascal’s condos are very clean and beautiful. He is very friendly and helpful if you have any questions about anything in the condo or in Pattaya. His wife is also very friendly and welcoming. The maid Pascal sends every 3rd day was very sweet and mindful. She cleans whatever you want done on top of the things she cleans already. If you’re visiting Pattaya for the first time this the place for you. Right next door is the famous central mall for your everyday needs. The beach is only 2 mins away walking and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The view is amazing every morning and you watch the sunset from the balcony as well. I recommend Pascal’s place to all travelers whether solo, couple or more. Pascal thank you for the wonderful stay and i will be staying here every time i come back to Pattaya from now on. The villa is very good value for money.In all the villas I've stayed in in Pattaya, this price is really good for a villa that is so close to the beach and Jomtien Night Market. Highly recommended.

Amazing Villa. Pictures don’t do the place justice. Very smart and clean interior. Great space in living room. Bedrooms were all great sizes with in suite. Very clean and well maintained place. All furniture spotless and new. Great communication with grace, very friendly and welcoming. Location was amazing as was with my mother lots of things close by which could walk to, food, markets restaurants literally everything you could need. Cannot recommend this villa enough. Stayed in Pattaya 5 months and by the best accommodation I had during my staff. Will be returning in October. Thanks grace

Excellent stay. As usual, the host was very responsive to any questions I had and the location of this condo is unmatched. It's within walking distance of countless restaurants, malls, bars, stores, and right off the beach. The condo also has plenty of space with a smart tv, kitchen, and washer if you need it. I enjoyed my stay very much and plan to book this condo again in the future.

The room is exactly as pictured. Everything is good and comfortable. There is a little problem when you stay: the air conditioner is small, not cold. If you can fix the air conditioner, that would be great. I will definitely stay again.

The location is super private. There are couple of same style house that connected via the backyard. There are 4 bedrooms on 3rd and 4th floor. All have bathroom in it except the room on third floor with sea view. And still there are 2 toilet on 1st and 2nd floor. Kitchen, dining area, living room and dining area outside are perfect! We loved it.

The condo was great! Well maintained and fantastic amenities. Location very good and close to attractions. Host was quick to respond and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay in Mövenpick Residence for a few days. Apartment was just like in the pictures and very clean. Swimming pool was very big and our children liked it. Straight access to beach which was nice also. Great views from balcony.
