Philippe and the team is the greatest host you can ever imagine. He made everything wish come true. Picked us from airport, organised food for the fridge, organised trips, massages etc. The house is a great house with all amenities as per the description. We had a great time in the house. Spacious accommodation, can cook (but the fire is not strong😁). Everyone likes it. But the path to the beach may not be very convenient, but you can go. The beach is muddy. There may be a storm. Overall, it is suitable for large families to gather and socialize. It does not focus on the sea view.

Pupae is a very friendly host and the place is perfect for a getaway to the coast.

The house is very cute. Perfect for family visits. My father loves it. There is a lift up and down. Very convenient.

We had wonderful time there!! Walk from the house about 3 minutes and you can enjoy the beach. They have everything there. Recommended ❤️

We had a rocky start mostly due to jet-lag and my own inability to follow simple directions but once we got settled in this was everything Panatda said it was and more. Panatda was very responsive and and answered questions quickly and completely. Great location and great host

This was a great stay right in the heart of Bangkok. It’s located on Sukhumvit Rd so it’s a walking distance to malls, restaurants and nightlife. The pictures accurately represented the room and German was quick and very responsive with his communication. I absolutely wouldn’t mind staying here again the next time I’m in Bangkok.

Klaus's condo is immaculately clean and extremely well equipped with everything you will need! For me, the work desk & chair and steady WiFi was great for working. The room was very quiet and peaceful. The balcony is equipped with two comfortable chairs and a table and is surrounded by trees; great for a morning coffee. There is no sea view from this room but I was very pleased with the 'green space' view. Staff at the building were always smiling and courteous. Plenty of parking available and walking distance to 7-11 and some great Western, Thai and seafood restaurants. Not to mention the condo being right on the beach where, at low tide, you can walk 4 km of sandy beaches. The area is quiet during the week and because busy on weekends with 'local' tourists. I had one small problem and Klaus was quick to reply and get it sorted out; amazing communication and service. I would highly recommend staying at Klaus's room and hope to stay again in the future.

Nice 11th floor apartment on a cool beach resort property. There is a nice pool and private access to the beach. There are a few restaurants you can walk to from the beach

Very nice condo in the perfect central location in the heart of all the action.

House location is perfect for family. Save with good security guard, private, quite yet near to amenities and the beach. The pool is clean and very chill to hang outside beside the pool. I would definitely stay again.

Ami was a great host with clear instructions. The place itself has amazing view to the beach and really peaceful.

better than the photo, trust me. the sea view and the swimming pool is good. the gym is ok. a lot to use. the location is best for vacation, quiet in the evening and a lot of good food and convenience store here.
