The hosts both Caroline and Alexander are very friendly and responsive. Communication was perfect and the check in was very easy. The pictures don’t do the place the justice. It’s so much more beautiful than on the pictures. It’s a wonderful place and very peaceful. The house itself is so well equipped. You can definitely tell that the owners spends a lot time and money to renovate it. The house was super clean. The sauna was a hit, also our children enjoyed it very much. We spend a lot of time playing in the garden and enjoyed a local bier garden. I recommend this house to anyone who values privacy and peaceful space, where you can easily relax surrounded by the forest and enjoy waking up in a exceptionally comfortable and beautifully decorated house. Will definitely come back.

Everything worked out very well. Hedwig was always approachable with questions and gave us helpful tips. The house has everything you need for a nice vacation. Colmberg is not the center of the world, but it was perfect for us. My grandchildren, who stayed in another accommodation, enjoyed the animals in the deer enclosure.

We chose this house based on photos and reviews. But reality exceeded all expectations! The house impresses with the most unusually successful interior solutions and perfectly selected accessories, furniture in the appropriate key, the highest quality of household appliances. Convenience and perfection are the best acceptable words. The hospitality of the hosts, the desire to create maximum comfort and the feeling of unreal peace were highly appreciated by us! Special thanks for the highest 5-star hotel quality class of beds, mattresses, pillows! (I travel a lot and can say this! ) This is the most beautiful house in the entire district with well-groomed trees, flowers, and charming landscape design. A good location - among lakes and forests, fields, colorful nature create an atmosphere of relaxation. 5 minutes to a supermarket, restaurant. 30 minutes to Nuremberg. Highly recommended!!!!

Wonderful stay! Home had everything we needed plus more. Highly recommend and will be back on our trip to Germany.

We spent 5 very nice days family vacation at Martina and Josef's. The toddler was well occupied: sliding, feeding rabbits, stroking cats, driving a Bobbycar tractor. Books and toys were also there, which we could also use well in view of the bad weather. A highlight: fresh strawberries and eggs from the farm. Plus the location: climbing rocks within a few minutes' walk and other activities within short driving distances. Disadvantage: The really loud frogs right in front of the house and the ringing of the bells at 6:00 (after a few days, however, we had already gotten used to it). The place was absolutely sufficient for 5 and a half people, everything was tidy and well maintained. Dishwasher and microwave would have increased the comfort a little, but of course you can also manage without. We gladly recommend Bühnershof and would only wish for better weather for the next stay ;-)

Great place for families! We spent wonderful days in Birgit and Kalle's apartment. We were greeted on a warm summer day with cool drinks - perfect. We especially liked the tranquility, the large terrace overlooking the countryside and the beautiful garden, which invited us to relax and play. As a child, you experience paradise on earth. Lots of toys, books, games, balls, vehicles, etc. are available, plus vehicles for outside, trampoline, table tennis, sandbox, etc. Otherwise, the apartment is superbly equipped - we lacked nothing. The insect screens on the windows are also great. Having arrived by electric car, we were pleased to be able to charge it via a socket directly at the carport. Bitgit and Kalle met us in a friendly and helpful manner. As a starting point for activities in the area and the region, the location is ideal - you can walk directly from the house or reach various excursion destinations after a few minutes by car.

super apartment with garden! plenty of space, everything you need for a successful vacation! various local beers and wines (optional) to drink, already cooled on arrival! for young and old, there are numerous possibilities for activities in the surrounding area. We enjoyed that we could also start our hikes directly from the apartment! We highly recommend the apartment and would love to come again!

5 ★ Stay – Perfect Anniversary Retreat We chose Cristina’s place to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and it couldn’t have been more perfect! From the moment we arrived, we felt an abundance of good vibes and positive energy throughout the house. The location is wonderfully quiet, surrounded by nature, with plenty of lovely walking paths. The house itself was cozy, spotlessly clean, and felt like a warm hug. It was the ideal serene getaway we were hoping for. With so many interesting places just a 30‑minute drive away, we were able to soak in the region’s charm—Veste Coburg, the impressive fortress known as the "Franconian Crown," is a must-see. Cristina was truly a perfect host: proactive, always available, and a pleasure to communicate with. Her thoughtful touches and responsiveness made our stay effortless and enjoyable. We highly recommend this lovely retreat to anyone seeking peace, charm, and access to the gems of Franconia. We’re already hoping to stay here again.

We had three great days at the place, which was really clean, very nice and cozy. From there, you can also quickly get to Sulzbach-Rosenberg, Amberg or Hersbruck, where we were at the spa. The host was very accommodating and friendly. An all-round relaxing girlfriend vacation :)

We had a great time in Claudia's beautiful apartment! The lakeside location is wonderfully idyllic and the apartment is very modern and tastefully decorated. Everything we needed was there. Claudia has always responded to messages in a friendly and prompt manner. We can fully recommend Claudia and her apartment and would love to come back!

Marion is a very kind and warm hostess. Super quick answers. Great. We were very satisfied and the basement in the heat was great. It was nice and clean and everything you want was there. Even a freezer compartment in the fridge and the fridge was not as loud as often with others. And there was also a microwave. In addition, there were drinks and local beers for a small fee in the fridge. Parking in the yard. And really wonderfully quiet. Everything is highly recommended. We'd love to go back.

We had a lovely time in Gasseldorf. Miriam and Christian were very dear hosts :) We felt very comfortable and were able to get to know part of Franconian Switzerland :)

We had a great time in the beautiful apartment in the most central location. The balcony is a dream, the studio is perfectly and tastefully equipped. You can reach everything on foot from there, supermarket is directly opposite, subway too. Ludwig is a very likeable host who took care of everything. I'm sure we'll be happy to come back!

Beautiful, spotless space and calm little village. The room was exactly as advertised and had all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Easy to find with the instructions from Sandra. She was very responsive and a great host, despite us arriving so late (DB drama), she was very understanding and welcomed us with kuchen. Unfortunately our days were packed so we could not enjoy the accommodation to its fullest extent, but it was a great place to come back to after a day of activities. Would certainly return! Just a note, we came with a small van, and it was quite difficult to make the turn and get up the steep hill to the hof for parking. It would certainly be a lot easier for those with a smaller/normal sized car, but in case you are also in a bit of a bigger vehicle, just note you will have to turn a few times to make it work.

We had a lovely few days in apartment 2 at Rosi's. In addition to the cleanliness of the apartment, we especially liked the proximity to the forest. So we could start walking right from the accommodation. We fully recommend the place.

The apartment was very nice, everything quite new, modern bathroom and kitchen. Perfect for a stay for two.

Lovely view from the balcony, enormous bathroom, plenty of space, well-equipped kitchen (consider bringing a good cooking knife though if you plan on doing anything ambitious). Communication seemed mostly automated, but was very efficient and did not leave any questions open. The master bedroom does not get fully dark, if you're sensitive to light in the morning, bring a sleeping mask!

We were very pleasantly surprised by the size of the apartment. It is huge and lovingly furnished, everything is available and sparkling clean. Philipp personally welcomed us, showed us everything and explained. In the summer temperatures, we enjoyed the coolness in the apartment and the shady seating area outside. We will be happy to come back.

An all-round oasis of well-being that leaves nothing to be desired. A great apartment with very helpful and warm hosts. We were able to park the bikes, enjoy the beautiful garden with the most diverse places and enjoyed the personal contact with good conversations. Bamberg and the surrounding area offer many cultural highlights and great hiking and cycling tours. We highly recommend the accommodation and surroundings. We'll be back!

I booked this Airbnb for my friends while they stayed in Germany for my wedding. Absolutely beautiful area. Very walkable especially to the train station. Host met us there and gave a tour. Very friendly and gave us lots of good tips

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is a nice size, very well equipped, the beds are comfortable and our son had a lot of fun with the large balcony. You can walk to the supermarket, playground is around the corner and also short hikes are right outside the door. We will be happy to come back:)

Staying at Julia and Oliver's was very relaxing. We have proactively received all the information. Communication was very quick and friendly. Julia personally welcomed us, showed us everything and gave us great restaurant tips. The accommodation was sparkling clean and equipped with everything you could ever need. In addition, a pretty terrace invited you to relax. I can only recommend the place.

The location at the end of the Mühlengasse was perfect for us, short distances to walk the dog "around the corner", and an ideal starting point for hikes. The "center" was also quickly accessible. Ralf and his family were super helpful, the apartment was great and everything else worked out. We would like to thank you for the hospitality - and would be happy to come back!
