This is a studio with two guest rooms, daylight bathroom, kitchen and dining area as well as a roof terrace with gas barbecue. The studio is in our house, you have your own privacy. The city is within walking distance in 10 minutes without major inclines. Very centrally located on the Ruhr Valley hiking and cycling path. The apartment is barrier-free and in a current modern condition. You have your own parking space right in front of the apartment. There is a lockable bicycle storage room right by the house, especially for bicycles!

Enjoy an idyllic cabin weekend in the countryside. Located on the edge of the forest in a secluded location, you can spend a relaxing time with family and friends in the middle of nature in our newly renovated cabin. A creek with pond flows through the garden and from the terrace you can watch cows, woodpeck and deer. The large terrace is perfect for barbecuing, and the forest is ideal for hiking and cycling. Balver Cave is about a 10-minute walk. That's it!

Our ecological log cabin, built in 2022, is located on the edge of an oak grove on a 550 m high plateau called Oesterberge, in the middle of the Sauerland Nature Park. When furnishing, we placed special emphasis on stylish and comfortable furnishings. For hikers, mountain bikers, but also for families with children, it becomes a small paradise. Located on the edge of our farm, guests of all ages can experience pure nature, tranquility and spectacular views.

In Finland, a lake house is more than just a vacation rental; a “mökki” nestled between forest and water is a place of longing. There is sauna, hiking, boating, breathing. Our Mökki is located on the wooded southern shore of Lake Möhnesee. And offers a bit of Finnish lifestyle here. The cottage is close to the lake, secluded and surrounded by trees and shrubs. It has its own outdoor sauna, a boat, and a wood-burning stove. Welcome to your private hideaway!

Walnut cottage on the Listerhof

Our "walnut hut" is located near the Listertalsperre on our property at a small pond. The cottage is newly renovated in 2021 and can be lived in all year round. Nature lovers will find numerous hiking trails, sports enthusiasts offers such as horseback riding at the in-house riding facility, water sports at the Listertalsperre, climbing or skiing.
