Vacation rentals with beach access in Balneário Rincão

Excellent apartment near the beach and Parque da Guarita. Good beds, bathroom with gas shower with good pressure. We used the terrace barbecue under the full moon, overlooking the sea, on a very pleasant night in the middle of May. We recommend it to everyone who wants to enjoy Torres in comfort.

Perfect location, close to the beach and the Violão lagoon. Very beautiful surroundings and great for walking and strolling, whether on the beach or in the lagoon. It is more reserved, but at the same time it is also very close to the center, being easy to get to. Apartment as shown in the photos, very nice and new. They had the essentials. Great that they accept pets, we can take our little dog along to enjoy the ballooning. The building itself is also very beautiful, we were surprised when we arrived at the place. We will definitely be back.

We had a very pleasant stay and the property fully met our needs. Felipe is always very helpful and I definitely recommend the apartment. Excellent location and with everything you need to enjoy a few days at the beach in a quiet and pleasant location.

Without any kind of complications. Only that the parking around the corner from the apartment was in the best conditions. Grass and weeds at the entrance, very long and the gate is hard to move.

Top apartment for resting and working

One of my best stays!! The apartment is extremely comfortable, clean and well-equipped, meets the needs very well, and even has a good view of the city. The hosts...speechless, Maria Izabel, with whom I had contact, is a lovely person and is always available if you need to resolve something. It wasn't just a stay, it was an amazing experience! You can rent, you won't regret it!

Ideal place to rest. We stayed in the upper back room, and although there are houses in front, it is possible to enjoy the side view of the sea. We saw the moon rise and the sunrise. The beach is very family-friendly, with restaurant options for all budgets and tastes. There are also fishmongers with affordable prices for those who like to cook, as in our case. The kitchen is basic and well-equipped. It was cold at night and Andrea kindly provided us with an extra blanket. We recommend it.

The place is amazing and comfortable. Adenildo was extremely attentive. We'll be back for sure!

The house is great and the view to the sea and the lighthouse is wonderful. It is very close to the beach and the grocery store.

The house is impeccable, in the photos it is already beautiful, but in person it is even more beautiful. The view is incredible for the river, three very good bedrooms, blankets and pillows and bedding, very practical kitchen and bathrooms with great space. When we got home, it was very clean and everything was in place. I highly recommend it, I will definitely come back more often. Great place to hang out with the family.

The stay at Luís's place was great. He and Mrs. Heloísa are extremely receptive, kind, attentive and helpful. The house is great, super cozy, organized, equipped, and clean. It had everything we needed and more. We will definitely be back. I highly recommend it!!

A perfect place for those seeking peace and beauty. The house is surrounded by a quiet atmosphere, where time seems to slow down and every detail invites to rest. The surrounding countryside creates a charming scenery. The Host was welcoming, attentive and careful, especially with the needs of our baby, ensuring that our experience was perfect from start to finish. It was a wonderful experience. Definitely a place to go back to.

The house is almost on the edge of the beach. By leaving the gate of the courtyard you are already in the sand, just walking a few meters between small dunes and already arriving in the sandy strip. Because it is further away from the city center, the beach is more reserved, being able to take and release the dog to play in the sea. We went in February and it was very hot. We miss a lot of air conditioning mainly to sleep, as the absence of screens in the bedroom window also prevented us from keeping open to ventilate, as it filled the room with mosquitoes. We knew about the lack of air conditioning, so I believe my expectations were met. Overall, we loved the stay!

Fairly spacious, airy and equipped apartment. The garage is great, holds off a large sedan. It is close to the molhes, edge of Mampituba and a few blocks from the sea. Inclusive you can see the sea of the balcony.

Luciana served us every time we need to talk to her . Helpful and attentive. We arrived at the site and punctually it was there to pass on the keys. The place was clean and organized. Very quiet as we needed to rest. Easy location and close to Supermarket, shops and bakeries. Alias a bakery Vosso bread and wonderful (many tasty things and great service. Tb is close to the beach. We love the hammock on the balcony and great shower. Anyway, when possible we will go back. At the exit we needed to hand over the keys and once again it was very punctual. Tatiana's apartment is exactly like the pictures. It has a great location, 1 block from the beach; very close to the center and to markets. We feel well trimmed in all aspects, as the apartment despite being compact has everything, including chairs and umbrella. It is well ventilated, has a ventilator in the living room and has air conditioning in the bedroom that is upstairs, which made it very easy on hot days. We were 2 people in the apartment and the experience was very good. Communication was easy and Tatiana was very dear and helpful. We'll be back for sure

Lovely apartment, much nicer than the pictures. It had all the amenities and more. The area is great, close to the beach, restaurants and mini markets. If we go back to Torres, it will definitely be to this apartment!
