Spacious and super comfortable house on the sea block, in Praia do Magistério (Balneário Pinhal), very close to the beach. It has a large patio, on a fully fenced plot with a swimming pool and pine trees that make delicious shadows. The house offers Wi-Fi and a kitchen equipped with appliances and a barbecue grill. Next to the kitchen is the living room, where there is a TV with some channels. All bedrooms have fans. Remember: the voltage is 220v and we do not offer towels or bedding.

rent house only the upper part, Magisterio beach.

Fernanda has been a lot of requests from the first moment we talked to the reservation. The house is very cozy, it is in a good location. We only had a small problem with the shower that didn't warm up, but it made herself readily available to solve I'll definitely be back more often, super recommend

good location, nearby market, quiet place, organized house, all clean, very helpful host from the moment we arrived... everything wonderful... my only suggestion is for checkin to be flexible...without having to pay an additional fee...
