Private suite near the beach!

Independent, spacious and cozy environment, with private entrance, exclusive bathroom with bathtub, air conditioning, hair dryer, bed and bath linens. The suite has a queen-size bed and two sinks. Outdoor area and well-equipped, sunny kitchen. The house is 20 minutes away from the beach (800m), very close to the shopping center. Good quality supermarkets are close by. We do not have a garage! The area is quiet and it is possible to leave the car on the street in front of the house.
