Composed of 2 bedrooms, 1 suite, both with new split air conditioning as well as in the living room. Closed balcony with heiki and gas barbecue. We provide bed and bath linens, a kitchen with an island countertop with all the necessary utensils to feel at home!! It has a washer and dryer, and an easily accessible private garage. In the building, access to the swimming pool and fitness center is allowed.

Decorated apartment, in the best region of the city. We are in the building of the best Roof top of Balneário Camboriú - Summit BC Av Atlântica and the 2000 street corner. Building with reception, pool and garage Rooms and living room with air conditioning The building is sea front, but the apartment is seen backwards, has no sea view * see if the pool will be open during your stay (medical examination required) Normally the swimming pool only opens in the summer, from December to March. Will close on 3/31/2026

Beachfront apartment, with the best view of Balneário Camboriú, total of the entire waterfront, on the 20th floor, with garage, air-conditioning, full kitchen, in short, with everything you need for a great stay. Guests can use the pool for free and the kiosks for a small fee, which are on the 6th floor, also facing the sea, fitness center, laundry (for a fee). Finally, due to the allergies of some guests, we do not accept pets.
