Incredible views around Elie, the coast and golf course. The property is highly specced and we could not be happier with our visit. Fiona provides clear instructions on how to access the property. Will definitely be back!!

A fantastic, well equipped cottage in a peacefull setting. Great for staying in or getting out and about the local area.

Nice place for a quiet get away. Sauna and hot tub are great additions. No neighbours so we're able to enjoy the garden into the evening.

Our stay at the cottage was lovely. Ashley was quick to respond when we were having trouble with the WIFI . It was so peaceful and managed to spot a dear as we arrived. Would highly recommend. Colin, Michael &Lina.

Dina was great. She was away while we visited but was still helpful and responsive from Australia. Beautiful peaceful little home with views of the pasture, cows, and rabbits from the hot tub area.

Had a lovely stay at this cottage . Near to Edinburgh as my son was doing the marathon but in a lovely location . Kylie was response to our messages and a lovely homemade loaf gave that extra touch for our arrival . Would definitely recommend and stay again .

I absolutely loved this serene little guesthouse tucked away just outside of Edinburgh. It was very nice, clean, and functional for our family group. It was easy to navigate from there to surrounding areas by car. Ali was so personable and friendly! Truly a pleasure to stay here, and we would gladly stay again!

Fantastic stay at Capo Farmhouse. Brilliant location, gorgeous house and a very helpful and very responsive to any questions or help that we required. We stayed for a special birthday and felt right at home and staying with Caroline made our special trip extra perfect.

Ich war mit meinen beiden erwachsenen Töchtern bei John&Dora. Wir haben uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Als wir bei der Anreise Schwierigkeiten hatten, haben sie sofort ihre Hilfe angeboten. Die shortbreads waren sehr lecker 😋 Sehr schöne Lage und tolle Umgebung. Dankeschön 🙏

Het was een hele leuke ervaring! Het huis staat wel op een bijzondere plek! Het dorp is echt een pareltje! Ons verblijf was heerlijk!

What a fabulous little find, cosy cottage fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Bed was so comfortable had a great nights sleep. Great location for shops and food. House was spotlessly clean and fab complimentary toiletries. Host was good communicator and was good to know they were available and on hand if needed which we didnt as everything was perfect. Good base for exploring Ballater , Braemar and the surrounding area including Lochnagar.

Donny and Alison's place was wonderful! Highly recommended quaint seaside cottage with beautiful landscaping. Thank you for a lovely experience!

We had great time at the Owl cottage, we felt right at home. There was ample space for 2 adults and 2 kids, and we would have loved to bring our dog as he too would have loved it, but unfortunately we had to leave him overseas. The kitchen had every thing we needed and everything was clean and in fantastic condition. WIFI and cell coverage was spotty, and Jane did warn us about the WIFI ahead of time. All in all it was a great stay and we highly recommend staying at the Owl cottage.

A lovely stay at Blaeberry Cottage. It had everything I needed for a 3 night stay, very well equipped and very clean. A lovely garden for the dog to roam around. Would definitely recommend!

We had a lovely stay at Peter's place. a truly dog friendly cottage in the most peaceful location! Peter was very friendly and helpful and we loved meeting Jack the dog. The private garden space was great for our collie and for us. The cottage is cosy and comfy and a perfect base for exploring the area.

Wir hatten schöne vier Tage im Cottage. Es war sehr ruhig. Das Cottage war wie beschrieben. Sehr groß, sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Abby hat schnell auf unsere Nachrichten reagiert. Ausflüge nach Cromarty (Black Isle), Dunrobin Castle plus Orte auf dem Weg (u. a. Dornoch Beach) und zur Ostküste (Ullapool) sind sehr empfehlenswert und mit dem Auto gut machbar.

Wow! What a great Airbnb! A charming cottage in the fisherman’s village of Footdee, so cute that other tourists are taking pictures of it. The beds and sitting room furniture are very comfortable. The shower is fantastic, the towels are plush. It was very clean and well decorated. Thank you Victoria for this great stay.

The Sma harbour hoose was a great stay! Right in the harbour with parking and good food at the bar and restaurant accross the street. Spacious and comfortable with a full kitchen. Charles made it very easy to check-in. A nice way to end our trip in Scotland!

Fairygreen Cottage was the last stop on our holiday trip and it couldn't have been better! From the first step into the house until the very last minute, we absolutely enjoyed our stay there. The cottage is lovingly furnished, equipped with everything one needs and shows a high standard in quality. We felt very welcomed and comfortable and wish to come back!

What a fantastic space. Beautiful cottage and gardens and stunning surroundings. Great friendly and helpful hosts. A good spot with lots of things to do and see. We had a wonderful week at Arrivain and would definitely go back.

Lovely stay at The Croft at Urqhuart B and B. Simon and Annie are great hosts who provide a lovely place to stay. Loved the bath after a big day of hiking near Beauly and Fort Augustus. Their hiking suggestions were also very helpful. Only suggestion for improvement is the need for block out curtains in the bedroom, as in June it is pretty much light all day and night.

A beautiful, peaceful place to stay with easy walking to shops. Aneta was friendly, very responsive and an excellent host. The well-stocked cottage is bright with lovely garden views. Would definitely stay again! Thank you, Aneta, for a delightful stay!

Always enjoy staying here, great host who makes you feel welcome but also at the same time you also feel your own privacy is important to the host! Lovely surroundings and so homely. Not far from Brechin and would make for a nice walk. Thank you if I ever need it again I would always choose this place first
