It has a separate sitting room with stove. Upstairs, there are 2 double bedrooms, one ensuite, and one single bedroom. Main bathroom with both bath and shower. There is a shared yard to the front, with secure parking, and an enclosed yard to the rear with seating and BBQ facilities.
