Unique shed conversion with views to the Mourne mountains. A tranquil location situated on our 10 acre equestrian yard but close to Downpatrick and Crossgar with shops, eateries and pubs. A quirky property with two double bedrooms, open plan living/dining with a wood burning stove and fully equipped kitchen. The equine theme is evident in the design. There's a private south facing garden with access to all of our site with panoramic views over Co Down. Off road parking. Horses and dogs welcome.

Converted stone barn adjacent to farmhouse in lovely countryside close to Strangford Lough, yet only 30 minutes drive from Belfast. Self-catering, open plan accommodation. On the ground floor, a sitting/dining area and kitchen. On the upper floor a sleeping area with double bed , and shower room. There is also a sofa bed on the ground floor. Our 13 acre smallholding is a wildlife friendly oasis and guests are welcome to relax in the large garden or walk around the woodland and meadows.

We had a lovely time at Gail's place. The property is just as described and full of thoughtful touches that made us feel welcomed and at home. Gail thought of everything and went the extra mile to accommodate our toddler with bedding and even some toys and books. Gail was super responsive when we had any queries. The location is beautiful and peaceful. Highly recommend.

My husband and I had a lovely stay at Sarsa Cottage. It was conveniently located for a wedding we were attending and was great to have somewhere so peaceful to return to after. Gary was a great host and had included so many thoughtful touches to the accommodation also, from the lovely bathroom toiletries, to the well stocked breakfast basket and chocolates. We'd highly recommend a stay at Sarsa Cottage.

Excellent wee find, only a short taxi ride from Belfast. Perfect for 1 nights stay or a longer vacation. Plenty cooking/kitchen amenities. Comfortable nights sleep. Modern bathroom. Hosts were very friendly, and communication was fab. . Would definitely come back for another stay.

Myself and my husband stayed at the barn for our daughter’s first Christmas, along with our golden retriever. It was the perfect home from home, with a cosy interior and idyllic surroundings. We were there for two weeks but really felt like we could’ve stayed a lot longer! Really couldn’t recommend the barn enough. We’re already planning our next trip back!

The Farm House is stunning! Beautiful home with beautiful surroundings, spotlessly clean and comfy! Ticked every box. It is perfect for a peaceful getaway in the countryside. Angela was a lovely host and was easy to contact. We were attending a wedding in Larchfield Estate and this house was in a close proximity.

A modern kitchen area features sleek black cabinetry and a white countertop. Essential kitchen appliances, including a stove and refrigerator, are visible. A window with horizontal blinds allows natural light, while overhead lighting brightens the space. A neatly organized sink area is present.
