The location was ideal. Close to many restaurants and a short walk to all of the historic sites. St Andrews is a beautiful destination We would return here for sure.

Comfortable, clean, convenient for shops & local beautiful surrounding countryside. Some good cycling on quiet roads.

Perfect place and location for my 4 day stay. As a solo visitor I felt completely safe to walk around the area at any time. The cottage is very comfortable. Cheryl and her husband are friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended.

Wee gem of an apartment in a quiet but very central part of Arbroath. Two mins from beach and easy stroll to shops and restaurants. Flat was very spacious and extremely well equipped. Comfortable bed and spotlessly clean. The dedicated parking was very convenient. We had a wonderful break and would love to return.

This was an amazing stay! I wish we could have stayed there for weeks! My entire family was extremely comfortable and loved all the living spaces. Extremely clean and roomy! The Apartment in Highland Council was very nice and clean! There were also plenty of towels! The highlight was the beautiful, modern bathroom with the wonderful shower with a full enclosure door and a niche to place your shampoos, etc. Believe us when we say this is a plus in the UK! The water pressure and the hot water was also a plus. Again, this is not always the case in the UK! The apartment was quiet even though it is situated right by a road. The parking is by its back door/patio entrance which is by the market parking lot. We entered and exited from this door during our stay, and used the market parking near the back gate. The kitchen is adorable and functional, but it’s small. It has a very small refrigerator, so small amounts of groceries are best to buy if you’re cooking in. There were some staples available for use, a coffee maker and a kettle. The washer dryer was definitely a plus!

It’s not often that we would revisit a property, but this is definitely one to consider. Yes, it is clean, tidy and well appointed as you would expect. However, words don’t do justice to the sense of calm, the rhythms of the sea, and the incredible amount and diversity of sea bird activity, literally on your doorstep. A definite 10.

One of my favorite AirBnB locations we’ve ever stayed in! The natural light and back windows looking out to the Cairngorms were stunning. Not only is this home beautifully designed, but it has everything you need and is just minutes away from walking and biking trails. We found it to be the perfect location to have as a home base for taking day trips throughout the Highlands.

Willie’s house is really perfect for a cosy time in very beautiful surroundings. the kitchen has everything you need in a well deigned space the woodburner is a lovely focal point in the evening. The heated bathroom floors were lovely and everything was clean and in order. i definitely hope to be back

The property was very clean and well maintained. The accommodation was in a perfect location for us to explore the surrounding area with plenty of outdoor activities to do and close to local amenities. Host was very responsive and the little extras were thoughtful. We would definitely recommend this property to our family and friends particularly those that enjoy the outdoors. Great stay and bonus with the weather being warm and sunny!

This is a lovely, spacious house perfect for a quiet stay in the countryside. Spotless and quiet with comfortable beds and plenty of indoor and outdoor seating for relaxing and eating. Sam was a very helpful, responsive and friendly host.

A perfect choice - comfortable, spotless and stylish; dog friendly and in a quiet location but just minutes from the village centre. A short drive away are the starting points for amazing hillwalking routes, forest trails and water sports. King size bed with an excellent mattress ensures a good nights sleep with birds outside singing as you wake up!

We had an a wonderful stay. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was perfect—quiet and very peaceful but still close to local attractions/restaurants/supermarkets. The private walled garden was great and very much enjoyed by our dog. Elizabeth was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, providing clear instructions and helpful local tips. It really felt like a home away from home. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Very well equipped and comfortable accommodation with everything you need provided. Spacious flat with lots of homely features and plenty of room for our party of adults. Instructions provided were extremely clear and helpful. Great location in the lovely town of Stonehaven. Would recommend staying in Carol & Bobs apartment, we’ll be back!

We only had a short stay but the property was perfect for what we needed. Friendly, proactive instructions from host Andrew and speedy replies. Check in and out was seamless. Would certainly stay there again and would highly recommend to anyone else.

We’ve just returned from a short stay to visit family in Stonehaven. The flat was exactly as described and was beautifully furnished: perfect for a family of four of any age. Jude had left more than the essentials for us, which was really kind and we hugely appreciated it. Definitely recommend.
