The Cow Hill circuit is close to the cabin. Ben Nevis is a 10 min car journey. Glenfinnan viaduct is 14 miles away. It is a 20/30 min walk down into the town. We are on the main local bus route. N46 or N47 bus will get you to our door from the High Street. In good weather you can sit out on the decking and watch the world go by.

The lodge is layed out for a couple or solo travellers. Argyll is steeped in history and has miles of coastline, lochs, forests and mountains. The lodge is also a great place to relax. Enjoy. Dunans Cottage

Dunans Cottage is situated in the beautiful Knapdale Forest 1.9 miles from Cairnbaan within a National Scenic Area. The views are fantastic! The Cottage is off the beaten track but within a traditional farming hamlet with access via a forestry track ( see illustrated map ). Many outdoor and indoor activities are available within the area but the peace and quiet at Dunans are unique.
