Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Balkan Mountains

This stay was one of the most incredible air bnbs I’ve ever stayed im. Not only was the house exactly as described but it had so much more with built in surround sound, amazing lighting and black out blinds I couldn’t recommend this stay more. Thank you for a special experience!

We had an amazing stay, we loved the yard and the nature, the location is very peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing, away from the big city. There is a small shop in the village, but the big town is only 15 in away with car. We enjoyed the hot tub very much, there are clear instructions how to set it. The kitchen is fully stocked and my favorite thing was that there were cozy blankets everywhere. The wifi was really good, the neighbors were friendly. We would like to visit again sometime soon.

There are a lot of positives about Joannas listing. Being fully detached, the place itself is very peaceful and private. It's a very well equipped apartment, pretty much any utility you can think of is available. Temperature control is excellent, the air conditioning is very effective either to heat or cool and the shower water pressure and heat is extremely high. If you are visiting Sofia for tourism the location is fine, there is nearby metro/bus station and taxis are cheap if coming from euro/gbp countries. Though crossing to the east of Sofia from here is fairly long. The area itself has walkable supermarkets and shopping mall. Joanna is helpful and responds quickly. It's a good property, hard to fault.

The flat, or rather the whole house, is very practical and beautifully furnished. The bedrooms are cosy. Very spacious garden, ideal for children. There is even a trampoline. And for the parents a lovely terrace and a barbecue area! Highly recommended for families. You definitely need a car to reach a shop or do something. But this is known when booking and was not a problem! Daniel is a very friendly and helpful host. We recommend this house without reservation!

Brilliant place to stay. We came for the weekend to visit the Therme, perfect location as it was less than 10 minutes away. Fit a group of 6 incredibly comfortably. Very helpful host and always responsive. Will 100% be back in the summer Thankyou !

One of the most wholesome stays I have had the pleasure to experience. Tomislav is very friendly, flexible and fast to respond. Everything in the house was great and as described. Definitely the best kitchen I have encountered in any Airbnb - from good knives to a wide variety of utensils and tools, the kitchen was very well stocked with a lot of products and we lacked nothing. As food lovers and cooks, we really appreciated it. The house is very nice and cozy with a beautiful view from the balcony. One can feel all the personal and sweet touches that Tomislav has made, the place is embedded with care, which is not found that often. The village is rustic and very authentic, with very wholesome and nice people around. We were treated like family! The surrounding area is beautiful! Quite some places to visit, the silence, peace, simplicity and beauty are top-tier therapy. I really hope I will be lucky enough to go back again!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa! My family along with our two dogs, truly enjoyed every moment. The house is incredibly calm, offering a breathtaking view and a peaceful atmosphere. The projector was a fantastic touch ❤️, and we loved using the barbecue in the serene surroundings. It’s the perfect place to unwind and enjoy nature. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway! Anlayacağınız, eğer burada konaklamayı tercih ederseniz sizi, sizlerle aynı bahçede tüm güler yüzüyle bir çift karşılayacak. Bu nedenle güvenlik kaygınız olmasın, tek başınıza bile biraz doğada inziva istiyorum düşüncesiyle tercih edebileceğiniz bir lokasyon. We had a lovely time staying Eva’a flat. The accommodation was very clean and had a homely feel, it comfortably accommodated 5 of us. The location was good, we were able to walk to a number of restaurant and sights. Eva was responsive when I messaged and left clear instructions. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Cristina was really helpful and responsive to all messages. Gave great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Also little tips eg don’t use taxis! We asked Cristina to collect us and Daniel arrived with a much needed cold water for the journey to the apartment. Very quirky and individual art adorns the walls ☺️ Wine and little snacks were in the apartment when we arrived. Would highly recommend for location and host responsiveness and support. Thank you both 🥰

I stayed with 2 adult children in the apartment and found it very clean and comfortable. Communication with the hosts was extremely prompt and the location made it very convenient to tour the heart of the city.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. Le logement est fidèle aux photos, la propreté est impeccable. Il est situé à proximité du centre, ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement de notre séjour !

Φοβερά ευγενικός και κατατοπιστικός ο οικοδεσπότης, βρήκαμε ακριβώς αυτό που είδαμε στις κριτικές και στην περιγραφή, η τοποθεσία στο κέντρο της πόλης είναι εκπληκτική, το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα σε ανθρώπους που ζητούν το κάτι παραπάνω αλλά σε πολύ λογική τιμή.

Много хубаво място. Просторно и удобно с хубава гледка. Леглата са удобни, всичко беше добре оборудвано, само хладилника е малък (в един шкаф). Имаше електрическо барбекю отвън. Бързо отговарят на въпроси и ни помогнаха да намерим вилата в началото. Много добре си изкарахме и всичко беше точно. Благодарим!

Прекрасна къща с абсолютно всичко необходимо за престоя ни. Усещане за дом, страхотно аранжирани помещения с много вкус. Ирена е страхотен домакин, беше ни осигурила абсолютно всичко преди да се настаним. Силно препоръчвам къщата!

За втори път посещаваме вилата на Галина, просто защото мястото е страхотно и си заслужава. Отново си прекарахме добре и всичко във вилата беше идеално. Особено приятно впечатление ми направи, че са платени спортните канали на телевизията и добавянето на тенис маса. 10/10 airbnb.

We've had a great time at the house. Great outdoor garden, very well maintained. Heating for the whole house, new furniture, audio station, playstation and xbox. Very well equipped kitchen with all the necessary amenities. Swimming pool Varvara is around the corner so we had a good time there with a great restaurant. Overall great place to stay - recommending!

Un loc unde m-as muta maine. Arata absolut totul ca in fotografii, curatenia este la ea acasa, imprejurimi de vis. Sara si dna Flori ne-au ajutat cu absolut tot ce am avut nevoie. Casa este dotata cu tot ce este necesar sa locuiesti tot timpul acolo. Recomand cu cea mai mare caldura

Ένα υπέροχο, προσεγμένο, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και καθαρό σπίτι μέσα στη φύση σε μία ήσυχη και ασφαλή γειτονιά! Όλα ήταν όμορφα και περιποιημένα! Ο οικοδεσπότης, μας υποδέχτηκε στο σπίτι το οποίο είχε φροντίσει να ζεστάνει! Η υποδοχή ήταν φιλική, γεμάτη ευγένεια και χαμόγελο! Περάσαμε υπέροχα, νιώσαμε σαν στο σπίτι μας! Αξίζει πραγματικά και θα θέλαμε να πάμε ξανά! Επίσης, θα το προτείνουμε και σε φίλους μας!

Beautiful house in traditional Bulgarian style. Only minutes from V. Tarnovo and a great way to avoid the heat & the dust of the city. Close to restaurants & playgrounds. Very friendly and responsive host - we left a document and a toy behind - he sent it to us in Sofia with overnight delivery and refused reimbursement!
