Vacation rentals with lake access in Balkan Mountains

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. They responded immediately to what was asked. The house was just like in the photos and ideal for different families as the rooms have a bathroom each individually. It has a large yard where young children can play.

I had a great week stay here. The wifi was great for working, never had issues. Lots of grocery stores, restaurants, bakeries and Cafés nearby. The apartment was spacious and had all I needed. It was a bit far out from the city center on foot, (when it rained)about 45 min. There was a few bus stops nearby but the Ubers were super cheap I used that whenever I wanted to get somewhere quickly.

Don’t use Air BnB directions 🤣 Much better to use those sent directly from Antonios. Very spacious and well equipped apartment which had some lovely Christmas touches, which I really appreciated. Antonios was an excellent host; there when needed but not intrusive on privacy. There is a lovely outdoor seating area and beautiful surroundings. Though I did not go into Kerkini ‘centre’ on this visit, it is within easy walking distance with plenty of restaurants and other amenities. Very peaceful, tranquil and relaxing place to stay. Thoroughly enjoyed my visit and exploring the area, once more.

we had a very nice holiday as in our own summer house, quiet, calm, peaceful, with birds chirping with the sounds of the waves and the sea view. The villa is beautiful, just like the pictures, the house items and furniture have been carefully selected . In a nice location for those who are considering the sea and nature holiday together; we would like to thank the ifaze and wife, who takes care of the house and our neighbor, for their treats and nice conversations. Thank you very much to the host Ms. Derya for her sincerity and attention.

Our stay in Tzevit’s apartment was great, and included the personal touches often lacking in Airbnb’s. Tzevit picked us up at the bus station and dropped us back again. There was fruit waiting for us in the apartment, and the family shared some home baked treats with us. We really liked the location in the old town - everything was a walkable distance, it wasn’t too close to nightlife areas so not noisy.

The apartment is small but perfect for a single person or couple or want to do some basic cooking. There is no table to sit up to eat, but it's manageable. The walk into the town centre and old town is very pleasant, passing though a large leafy park with fountains and many park benches. Although there is occasional nighttime noise from the nearby pavement it is generally quiet and any noise can be reduced by shutting the window. The host is friendly and efficient, ensuring that my stay went smoothly. I strongly recommend this great value accommodation in the very pleasant and interesting city of Plovdiv.

We lived in this apartment for a few days. We arrived easy , the apartment was as described, very clean, well divided and equipped. The balcony has an extraordinary view, you can see the city, it is quiet . Access to transportation, nearby shops, restaurants , free parking.. Lastly, Elton was extremely prompt, responded immediately to our requests. I recommend , for those who need it. They will have a very good time.

We stayed for three weeks, and felt totally at home in this place! It had everything we needed, and felt cosy - we looked forward to going 'home' to it. We loved being so close to Lidl, the farmers market, shop with everything, and Metro. This all made it very easy to negotiate to complete new-comers to Romania. Communication was easy and hosts friendly and helpful. Highly recommended! (The one small glitch for us, was that we arrived after very long travel with no internet access, and struck an unhelpful taxi-driver who dumped us at the Sp. Ind. address, on the main road. We were exhausted and proceeded to spend half an our trying to work out where to go. The gist is, the new apartment towers are BEHIND the formidable-looking street-front property (500m), and not visible from there - it is well back and much closer to Lidl Supermarket and Crangasi Metro Station.)

Wonderful place! Nature is stunning, extremely peaceful and relaxing. Velislava is an amazing host very kind and friendly. The house is clean, comfortable for a family and stocked with everything you need for a wonderful stay. There is a fishpond a few minutes drive away, in which for just 5lv. fishing can be enjoyed a full day of fishing in wonderful nature. Ashepelina is a slice of paradise worth a visit. Thank you Velislava for everything!

Great place ! The guest house is equipped with everything a person would need. Amazing view, lots of sights around - I recommend everyone to try :)

Accommodation surrounded by nature, quiet and peaceful, and with all the necessary amenities. The place is beautiful with the snow.. The road to the village was redone, there was snow but no problem getting around. The host was super responsive and gave good advice. Very happy with our stay.
