Sunndach Pod. Cozy Secluded Wildlife Coast Getaway

SimonRating, 5 stars2 days ago
The weather wasn’t very kind at the start but the pod was spotless and homely and as long as you like the outdoors and sea you will be fine. Ewan was always on hand but in truth there wasn’t anything we needed other than a bit of local knowledge occasionally. Great for a quiet getaway, but take your own food because shops and restaurants are in very limited supply. We knew this in advance

Harbour Hideaway

SandraRating, 5 stars5 days ago
This was a second visit to Oban, albeit planned with less than 12 hours notice. Elizabeth replied back IMMEDIATELY and we are so fortunate to have found this gem. After a very ill timed, wet and cold, boat ride to the islands…the flat was a wonderful reprieve. It warmed right up and with some coffee, tea and oatmeal that was generously provided, we were ready for round two of Oban.

The Cabin, Achnadrish House

Sarah-JoRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Visiting to take part in the Isle of Mull Sportive, the Cabin was perfectly located and provided everything we needed for our stay - tranquil setting, good warm and cosy space, well-equipped kitchen, space for our bikes, bathroom that gave us the option of a long soak in the bath if needed after our ride (we didn't but the water was really nice and hot for our showers). Eugenie sent a very informative and helpful welcome pack ahead of our stay providing clear directions and lots of great recommendations - we couldn't get in to eat at Croft 3 but we did drop in for coffee and cake and would thoroughly recommend. Thanks to Tomo, Eugenie's partner, for the encouragement to eat at Am Birlinn on our last evening - lovely space and staff and the food was delicious! More thanks to Tomo - for equipping us with hose, bucket, joinery advice and his patience! :D

Entire Bungalow on Tiree

AndrewRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had a lovely few days staying in Angela's house on Tiree. Things that stood out for us as birders were birds like Corncrake and drumming Snipe audible at night, and Lapwings with chicks visible from the kitchen window. It's a very short walk to one of Tiree's beautiful beaches where the Sanderling were running up and down Inside, we had everything we needed, and comfortable beds. Angela was very responsive when we needed her for anything, and she kept in touch well before we got there. Would definitely stay again if we come back to the island!

Entire Architect-designed home on Tiree

SheilaRating, 5 stars6 days ago
Lovely, comfortable home to be in especially when the weather is not ideal. The living space upstairs was very homey, with lots of light and views over the surrounding countryside. Comfortable armchairs and the air pump kept the whole place nice and warm. Loved all the windows giving different views of surroundings. Kitchen very well stocked and easy to use. The local dog, and cat, came out to greet us too. Highly recommend.

Modern home with stunning views on Isle of Eigg

IreneRating, 5 stars1 month ago
This was a great holiday for us. The house was everything we expected. The views and the weather wonderful. It is remote as described. We didn't have a car as holiday makers can't take a car to the island but used bikes (one brought with us, one hired on Eigg) to get about and collect extra shopping. It was a haven for walkers. Peaceful, quiet, spectacular scenery, wonderful wild flowers and birds including eagles.

The Annexe, Isle of Barra

We loved our stay here and honestly couldn’t recommend the home enough. It was so cost and truly felt like home from home, with a much better view! This was our second year here (at the same home too) and we can’t wait to come back next year!
