Our apartment house was built in Balatonudvar in 2025. Ideal for relaxation, but the main attractions of Lake Balaton are also accessible, whether by bike, car or train, so you don't have to give up the hustle and bustle. The beach of the settlement satisfies all needs; beach section for children, huge playground, beach football, volleyball, water bike, boat, SUP rental. The house is 200 meters from the beach. No need to stuff the rubber mattress in the car :) and no need to fight for parking spaces either.

Dandelion "Sage" house

The Dandelion "Zsálya" house can be rented with a fantastic panorama, completed in 2022, with large terraces facing the Szent-György mountain, Tapolca basin, that is, the east. A small two-story house for five people. For families, for hikers, the Zsálya house provides a great opportunity for relaxation for a summer holiday in Lake Balaton. Both levels can be heated/cooled with air conditioning, The lower level has a huge terrace that can be walked around, with 180° views of the surrounding mountains.

Tihany, Sajkod - waterfront/vízpart

The beach is a 5 min walk from the house. Our house is in the midst of a quiet natural reserve. Animals are present in nature (ants/spiders sometimes in the house -wasps, dormouse, Aesculapian snake,sometimes fox at night around the area) and any event connected to these animals are not seen as price reductory factors, please consider this when booking! Price is for the gr. fl. only and is for max 6 adults. Attic apt. has a sep. entrance from outside and sleeps 4 adults or 2 adults and 2-3 kids.

Mulberry Tree Cottage

On the northern shore of Lake Balaton, in the picturesque Lovas, our guests can relax in a village environment in a Provence-style, 19th century stone house, its garden and pool. The ruins of a 200-year-old barn accommodate the garden dining and lounge area. In the tastefully furnished, comfortable house with a cathedral-like living-kitchen, the guests will feel at home and at ease. Paloznak, Csopak, Balatonfüred are a few minutes' drive away. Alsóörs can be reached with a comfortable walk.

Country House at Balaton - An Island of Peace

In Örvényes (the smallest village of Balaton) is a house in farmhouse style available for you to rent. The house can accommodate up to 12 people. The local beach can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. The house is fully furnished and provides guests with full comfort and relaxation. It is located on the bank of a small creek and the location is very calm and intimate. The excursion possibilities, beaches, and cool locations are numerous and really good. This is a private accommodation.

The 180m2 exclusive home is the perfect place for friendly families to relax together. The house has 3 double bedrooms, as well as a separate children's room with a bunk bed and a pull-out sofa bed. Our 45m2 private terrace is an ideal place for barbecuing, ping-pong matches. Our own 110m2 enclosed sports field is for active recreation. The living room-kitchen area is also more than 60m2, so even in bad weather, you can spend time in a great atmosphere, even by the fire in the fireplace.

A földszinten konyha, nappali, étkező, wellness fürdőszoba (szauna, fürdőkád), az emeleten 3 hálószoba és egy fürdőszoba található. Az első hálószobában 1 franciaágy, a második hálószobában 4 db 90 cm ágy, a harmadik hálószobában egy kihúzható ágy van. A konyha teljes mértékben felszerelt. A nappalit a terasszal üvegajtók kötik össze. Nagy kert van, játszótérrel.

The Champagne Apartment is a quiet, close to nature and discreet home, from where you can reach the center of Balatonfüred and the shores of Lake Balaton in a few minutes. Perfect for hikers and cyclists. The stairs to the gallery are steep, so come with children who are not yet climbing or are already climbing safely. I provide a travel bed, baby bath, changing mat, and high chair for babies.

A tiny house on top of an old cellar at the skirts of Szent Gyorgy hill in the Badacsony wine region. It was recently renovated in a rustic but modern way - a wide double bed, spacious bathroom, well equipped kitchen, a huge patio and AC is there for your comfort. Just watch in the evening as the sunset paints golden the tabletop mountains of the Tapolca Valley. Lake Balaton is a 10 minutes scenic drive and there are plenty of options nearby for excursions and other activities.

The Kemencés House is located in one of Hungary's most popular tourist areas, the Balaton Uplands, 7 km from Lake Balaton.
