Very good apartment everything likes on the photos.Nice modern furnitures and AC in every room.Very big balcony with a good view and seats to sit down.inside car park space good for the hot weather. location wise very good next to the free beach with swallow water for children, few minutes walk to the restaurants and around 15 minutes to the town centre, supermarkets 5 minutes away. Very good stay I would recommend to everybody.

Tamas ist echt ein sehr guter Gastgeber! Das Airbnb war hervorragend! Der Kontakt mit Tamas 1A!! Kommen gerne wieder. Danke Tamas für den tollen Aufenthalt bei dir.

Total nette Ansprechpartner. Tolle Unterkunft und Lage, alles in der Nähe, ob Wasser, Supermärkte, Gastronomie oder Veranstaltungen. Einfach klasse Urlaub, super gemacht. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

1 hetet toltottunk Zsofinal a csaladommal, es nagyon szerettuk. A lakas tiszta es rendezett, a kilatas csodaszep-kozvetlenul a Balatonra. Sokat programoztunk, mert nem volt jo időnk, de konnyu volt eljutni mindenhova innen. Az utca vegen nagy bevasarlasi lehetoseg is van, es benzinkut.

Great location to come with kids, there is a pool if you don't feel like going out to the beach. The apartment building is right on the beach, the Balaton is literally outside your door. The apartment was clean except for a few spots that could have been cleaned better but overall we were really satisfied with the place. The AC was a must at the 35 degrees outside. It could have been a bit stronger but definitely satisfactory.

Az egyik hölgy házigazda az érkezés napján felhívott és külön adott egy gyors tájékoztatást a szállás elfoglalásáról és az alapvető dolgokról a helyszínnel kapcsolatban. A szállás kényelmes volt, pici, tiszta. A szálláshelyről azonnal el lehetett indulni túrázni! Ez nagyon tetszett nekünk, illetve találtunk medvehagymát is, nagyon finom volt 😋! Mind a két házigazda barátságos és segítőkész volt, közvetlen, emberi! Két főnek tökéletes hétvégi kiruccanási hely, a kék túra vonalához közel!

A lovely house in a quiet location. Immaculate grounds and direct lake access.

Wir können hier nur sagen das die Unterkunft absolut toll ist. Direkt am Balaton gelegen, jetzt im April schön ruhig und das Haus bzw die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Ein Traum wenn man bei nicht so warmen Wetter, im Whirlpool oder auf dem Sofa sitzen kann und durch die großen Panorama Fenster auf den Balaton blicken kann. Alles in allem war dies ein traumhafter Aufenthalt für uns Ungarn Fans hier im April.

Csaba nagyon rugalmas, segítőkész és kommunikatív volt. Bár személyesen nem találkoztunk, de felhívott, hogy hogy éreztük magunkat. A szállás kifogástalan, nagyon szép, tiszta, rendezett. Nagyon jól telt az itt eltöltött 1 nap. Innen is köszönjük még egyszer Csaba! Az egyetlen nehézségünk az volt, hogy nem tudtunk ételt rendelni, nem szállították ki nekünk Felsőörsre az ételt, szóval előtte érdemes lehet felhívni a vendéglátó helyeket ezügyben, ha valaki ilyesmit tervez előre. (Csak egy éjszakát töltöttünk itt, egy baráti rendezvény miatt és nem akartunk közösen főzni/grillezni az idő szűke miatt. Utólag lehet inkább ezt választanám.) Persze ez nem a szállás vagy a szállásadó hibája, ez inkább csak plusz infó, hogy más ne fusson bele ilyesmibe.

We hadden een superleuke, aangename vakantie in deze prachtige villa. Het huis is zeer goed uitgerust, heeft een mooi terras en een prachtige tuin met veel bomen, die de nodige verkoeling geven tijdens de warme zomerdagen. (de airco's op de slaapkamers zijn ook een grote meerwaarde) Het rustige strand ligt om de hoek (ca. 200m) en met de bolderkar neem je met gemak al je strandgerief mee. Te voet of met de fiets ben je zo in het centrum bij de bakker, kleine supermarkt of restaurant. Een absolute aanrader om het Balaton en deze mooie streek te ontdekken.

A szállás gyönyörő helyen van, saját partszakasszal. A ház nagyon jól felszerelt, minden volt, amire szükség lehet. A szállásadó nagyon kedves, kommunikatív. Külön óriási köszönet, hogy kutyabarát a szállás, a kutyánk ugyan annyira élvezte az ottlétet, mint mi! :)

3 sehr schöne Wochen! Adam ist super, immer, auch mehrsprachig, erreichbar! Wer strandnah, ruhig, mit leckeren Speiseoptionen in der Nähe, urlauben möchte, dann gerne hier. Super Terrasse, ganz wichtig: Klimaanlage😉!!!....bei der Hitze. Waren als Familie zu dritt, für uns hat alles gepaßt!

Visited with our two young children and grandparents from both sides. House was ideal, felt spacious and had a large garden, so the kids had plenty of space to tear around when they weren't in the water. Weather was quite changeable during our stay, so we really got to experience the full spectrum of the Balaton coast from the comfort of the villa. Felt very safe for the kids, even though the youngest is only 3 and doesn't swim yet. Neighbourhood was quiet, collected food from a nice restaurant a couple of times and it was a 15 min walk to the local shops and beach area. Noticed most of the visitors in the area had bikes, which would have been ideal as it's very flat and not many cars around. Tried some fishing from the garden, but water was a bit too shallow unless you waded out 200m or so to one of the fishing platforms. You pay a premium for being right on the coast but if you are only visiting for a week it's worth it, especially with young children.

Perfect location with access to the public beach in front of the building, which gives direct access to the lake.

The place was exactly as on the pictures: big teracce with beautiful view of Balaton. We were communicating with manager Gábor, and he was extremely nice, AC wasn't cooling down the first night so he contacted someone and next day it was fixed already. TV/Netflix wasn't working but it wasn't a major issue for us. The rest was good. We will definitely come back there!

We stayed at this apartment for 5 days and it was well worth it. We enjoyed everything, from the cleanness of the place to the complementary small "gifts". Piroska was very friendly and responsive and we didn't have any problems!

A lakás pontosan olyan, mint a képeken – tiszta, modern, ízlésesen berendezett, és minden szükséges felszerelés rendelkezésre állt. A környék csendes ugyanakkor könnyen megközelíthető, boltok és éttermek is a közelben vannak. A vendéglátó rendkívül kedves és segítőkész volt, minden gördülékenyen ment az érkezéstől a kijelentkezésig. Bátran ajánlom bárkinek, aki igényes, nyugodt és jól felszerelt szállást keres!

Viki szállása remek helyen van, nagyon közel az ingyenes strandhoz, kényelmes ágyakkal, a klíma talán hűthetne jobban, de ezen kívül semmi negatívumot nem tudok írni. Pazar a hely!

Wszystko było by super gdyby nie ten brud w czajniku ze nawet człowiek się bał wode zagotować po tym co się w nim znajdowało , naczynia brudne. Widok z balkonu na jezioro piękne, blisko restauracji i promenady.
