Our cosy little cottage is located in the authentic holiday town Fövenyes by the Lake Balaton. The Beach is only 300 meters away. You can enjoy a spcious tarrace and a large garden. There is one queen size bed a comfy sofa bed. There are lots of things to do in the area such as wine tasting, biking, hiking, horseback riding, tennis, water sports etc. Hungary's most beautiful golf course is only 2,6 kilometers away. Within 300 meters there is an open air cinema.

We can only say here that the place is absolutely amazing. Located directly on Lake Balaton, now nice and quiet in April and the house or the equipment is very good. A dream if you can sit in the hot tub or on the sofa in not so warm weather and look out on the Lake Balaton through the large panoramic windows. All in all, this was a fantastic stay for us Hungarian fans here in April.

A dining table is set with two illuminated lanterns on either side. Fresh fruits, including apples, oranges, and strawberries, are arranged on a round plate, accompanied by a bowl of mixed nuts and chocolate snacks. Two glasses filled with a light beverage sit nearby.

Smooth and good communication with the host ❤️Beautiful pleasant apartment both in size and in terms of furnishings ⭐️ Two nice terraces to enjoy at any time ☀️Super location 🤗 Close to the lake, restaurants, department stores ... We felt completely at home here and have fully enjoyed it 😄

Great apartment! Everything was really clean and you find everything you need. Fully equipped kitchen. Great amenities if you travel with small children, like we did. The beach (only a 1-minute walk away) is great. Supermarkets and bakeries are within walking distance (10-15 minutes). Check-in was easy and efficient. Definitely recommendable!

We had a super great stay and enjoyed it very much. Silveszter and his girlfriend are super nice,his parents are also super cute. We felt very welcome and will be happy to come back again. All are always easily accessible for tips regarding restaurant, etc. The location directly on the lake is super nice and quiet. The lake is almost for yourself. Despite the central fact that you can reach everything you need within walking distance, the beach and shops bars, etc. The garden is well maintained and equipped with llo loungers to relax. Grandma, child ,dog and we are all completely satisfied Thanks for the stay

We only spent one night at Györgyi’s apartment but it was a pleasant stay. She was very responsive and the place was just as described. The beach and local supermarkets were within walking distance. I hope next time we will be back for longer.

There were five of us in the property and we were nicely welcomed by Amarilla's mother. We had plenty of space in the house. The house is situated on a dead end street and therefore offers a very quiet location – perfect for relaxing. It is equipped with everything we needed. If you have any questions, Amarilla and her family were always quick and friendly. The beaches and the restaurant mile are all within easy reach. A wonderful house for a relaxing holiday on Lake Balaton. Thank you for everything!
