The 180m2 exclusive home is the perfect place for friendly families to relax together. The house has 3 double bedrooms, as well as a separate children's room with a bunk bed and a pull-out sofa bed. Our 45m2 private terrace is an ideal place for barbecuing, ping-pong matches. Our own 110m2 enclosed sports field is for active recreation. The living room-kitchen area is also more than 60m2, so even in bad weather, you can spend time in a great atmosphere, even by the fire in the fireplace.

Mediterranien feeling in Balatonalmádi

Recently recontructed house with all the equipments for the total comfort. The house is very good and convenient for families with 1 or 2 children. There is a nice playground for the children in the garden, the lake and the beach is only 5 minutes walk. Nearby there is a small supermarket, but in the citycenter there are several supermarkets for shopping. It is only 5 minutes by car.
