In Mencshely, on the north shore of Lake Balaton, near Dörgicse (4km) and Balatonakali (8km), an incredibly renovated holiday home. Our house is in a quiet little street with a large and beautiful garden. On the lower floor of the house there is a spacious living room with a fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, toilet and bathroom with washing machine. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs with air conditioning and a small common area. The cottage has a covered and open terrace, barbecue, cauliflower place and carport.

The Kemencés House is located in the Almond Garden in Szentjakabfa, where 2 additional guesthouses host. The house has its own garden, terraces and an oven suitable for barbecue. There is also a covered carport for the guesthouse. A 15x4.5 meter saltwater pool is also available for guests of the Almond Garden. The Almond Garden is recommended for those who love peace and quiet.

Our cosy little cottage is located in the authentic holiday town Fövenyes by the Lake Balaton. The Beach is only 300 meters away. You can enjoy a spcious tarrace and a large garden. There is one queen size bed a comfy sofa bed. There are lots of things to do in the area such as wine tasting, biking, hiking, horseback riding, tennis, water sports etc. Hungary's most beautiful golf course is only 2,6 kilometers away. Within 300 meters there is an open air cinema.

This place definitely worth it. The view is amazing, we loved watching the sunset from the jacuzzi. It’s exactly like the picture, it has everything you need inside and around in the neighborhood. It was a great weekend.

The house has everything you need, even more spacious than the pictures. Despite the spring weather, we caught an unexpected cold, thanks to the various heating options, it was still very comfortable.:) the view is beautiful and the access to the house is provided on good quality roads. The location is great, fantastic view and the house is very authentic. There are a lot of activities to do in the nearby area. Hosts were superb, hassle free check-in and check out. We built great memories at this special place!
