Great place to stay. Anna and Dennis was always responsive. We came on a working holiday and stayed for 5days. Only drawback for us is cooking as they had restrictions on cooking spicy food due to no proper ventilation due to which we ended up eating out and internet was frequently disconnecting interrupting our work schedule as both of us work in IT. despute of everything I would definitely recommend this place and great to have host like Anna and Dennis.

We had such a fabulous stay. The cottage is well appointed and thoughtfully and tastefully decorated. It’s a very cool and cheery interior. The beds were extremely comfortable and the shower pressure was seriously amazing. Josh was really responsive to messages and so thoughtful. The generous touches with some provisions in the kitchen and even treats for our dog were greatly appreciated. The cottage is close to transport and close to the city. So many great cafes nearby. Great central location to explore Melbourne. Highly recommend. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We really liked staying at Justin's house. It is right in the middle of Fitzroy and incredibly easy to get about, but was very quiet and clearly very safe. We really enjoyed walking around the streets of Fitzroy and eating at the local restaurants. The house is really lovely, it is light and airy and feels quite spacious. It is actually bigger than it looks from the photos. The kitchen is very well equipped and very clean and everything feels new. The house is very clean and feels very comfortable and was lovely and warm, especially welcome after getting completely soaked by Melbourne rain.

A very enjoyable stay. The house was clean, comfortable, and very nicely decorated. The location is great, well within walking distance to the city and right by the South Melbourne markets. Would definitely stay again and recommend others giving it a look!

Really enjoyed our stay – the house is beautifully styled, in a great neighborhood, and easy to find with accessible parking. It’s a cozy, welcoming space that’s clearly well looked after. Just a heads up: the 2 bedrooms in the main house don’t have AC, so if you're sensitive to temperature, it might be worth considering the season before booking - there is AC in the main living area, but it's at the other end of the house. It was unseasonably warm in Melbourne during our stay, but we got through it alright. Kali was a fantastic host – super responsive and friendly, and since she lives next door, she was always around if we needed anything. Would happily stay again!

We had a great time at Eva’s and enjoyed sitting by the fire place and relaxing. It was very close to the tram line which made a trip into the city very easy and fun for the kids. The house was very clean and had all that we needed for our stay.

What a peaceful and beautiful stay! We felt right at home at the George and enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and birds singing in the garden. The house is very tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. Sandringham is a lovely neighbourhood with a nice beach and just a 30 min train ride into the city. Shari was very kind and helpful.

Andrew was the perfect host - he was super helpful, responsive and offered to stay up late in case I had issues getting in, given my late arrival time. Communication was great and very open to helping where possible. The apartment itself was lovely and views were fantastic being on the top floor. You could still hear a lot of the traffic and trams however so perhaps bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper but otherwise not a big deal, just one of the things about being in an urban area. I was there for work so was a very quick stay but it was a close walk for where I needed to be which was great, thanks for having me Andrew and being a fantastic host!

Overall a nice place to stay. Peter was super responsive and he replace the shampoo immediately when I told him it ran out.

There are so many positive things to say. I was torn between staying in the CBD or Southbank, and I definitely made the best choice. The apartment is almost right in front of the Yarra River, such a beautiful spot for walks. The whole area is so cozy and welcoming. The apartment was clean, with an incredibly comfortable bed. The sheets and duvet were hotel-quality, so soft to sleep in, and the same goes for the fluffy bath towels, plenty of them too. The shower had great pressure and was wonderfully hot, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The curtains in both the living room and bedroom were amazing. We even got to watch some ballet rehearsals from our balcony! John and his wife were very kind and polite. They gave us great local tips and even allowed us to check in earlier, as the apartment was ready ahead of time, which we really appreciated! The pool, hot jacuzzi, and sauna are definitely worth using, such a well-maintained space. Amazing hosts and an amazing place.

Magda was lovely from the start and provided clear instructions for check-in and suggested parking options nearby as well as we were driving all the way from Sydney. The place felt comfortable and cosy and will definitely recommend for couples looking to stay with pups.

A perfect place for a cilty escape. Nice fresh and clean apartment with incredible views true to online ad. Close to sporting and entertainment venues, great shopping in walkable distance. Communicating with Selina has been a real pleasure. She was very responsive and accommodating. We are looking forward to our next stay.

We had a great stay at Tanglewood, we were visiting family on the area. Lovely place well kitted out very peaceful and tranquil and a good size. Roslyn is lovely and a great host. We would definitely recommend and return

I had a wonderful stay! The apartment was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, even better than the photos. It’s in a fantastic location, just a short walk to the tram line and has a couple of lovely cafés right downstairs. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Aurelie’s place was perfect for us—close to the beach, the supermarket, and right next to the tram stop. As a host, Aurelie was very helpful and always quick to answer my questions. The only minor downside was that on weekends, you can hear some music and noise from nearby restaurants, but it wasn’t too bothersome. Overall, I couldn’t recommend this apartment and host more! We will definitely be staying there again.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Kirban’s place in St Kilda — truly one of our best Airbnb experiences! The apartment was spotless clean, stylishly decorated, and perfectly equipped for a long stay. We especially loved the amazing view from the balcony and living room. The kitchen had everything—stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and even spices, which made cooking breakfast and dinner a delight. Laundry facilities were also top-notch, complete with clothes rack. Its location was unbeatable: supermarket downstairs, great cafes nearby, and just steps from Tram 96 and 16 stops—super easy access to the CBD. The neighborhood was peaceful and scenic, close to the beach and St Kilda pier for stunning sunsets. Even Brighton was a simple bus ride away. Kirban’s hospitality was exceptional—friendly, responsive, and super helpful from booking to check-out. Highly recommended—we only wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Our stay at the cottage was perfect. Andrew was very accomodating and friendly. The place made us feel very at home. The courtyard was perfect for our dog and was very private and quiet. 10/10 recommend

Clean and modern. With everything we needed. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and tram. We stayed a very cold winters weekend and apartment was warm and cosy.

We really enjoyed staying at Minnie’s as a family of 3. The furnitures, beds, linens were all so clean and comfortable, so much so my husband wants to get the same mattress and towels for our own home after the stay. The apartment doesn’t have stairs and is very child safe if you have younger children. Minnie was also extremely accommodating to checkin and check out time, offering high chair and cot. It was the perfect stay for a small family!

A lovely stylish, modern, industrial apt close to Acland and Chapel Street. The apt had everything you would need to enjoy your stay and feel at home. Whilst on a busy street, it was still relatively quiet. Monique was a wonderful host and communicated well with clear instruction. A great find!

Beautiful, well-lit apartment in a good location. We loved the outdoor areas. Our only complaint was that there was no coffee or salt when we arrived. Tip for future guests: The coffee pods are only sold at Aldi (but there is one within walking distance.)

This Airbnb was fabulous, we loved our stay and felt very comfortable and cosy. There was a comfy couch to chill on in the evenings and the heaters worked a treat to warm the space up quickly and effectively. Beds were comfy and there was a dishwasher, washer dryer and all other amenities you could need. This was an incredibly well stocked Airbnb with plenty of toilet paper, tissues, toiletries, cooking utensils, plates and so on. The hosts were very very responsive and nothing was a bother, always welcoming and helpful. They made us feel so welcome and our pets as well. The parking was easy and very close to the lift and then the apartment so it was easy to access as well for my partner with mobility issues. The communication was top notch, probably one of the best communications we’ve had with hosts. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this Airbnb. 15/10.
