Monthly Rentals in Bal Harbour

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect close to everything we needed. We especially loved being on a high floor with beautiful views. The unit was quiet, clean, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax and unwind. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and everything was just as described. We’d definitely stay here again.

I had a great stay at Susan’s AirBNB! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The self check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Susan the host was responsive and helpful throughout my stay, making sure I had everything. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and reliable stay.

We absolutely loved our stay! Everything was perfect! Check in was so simple. The unit is exactly as described. We loved that there were two bunk beds so our teens could have their own beds and own bathroom. The unit had two balconies which was so nice. Excellent location to the beach, pools and restaurants. The staff at the beach and pool were so accommodating. Everyone is already talking about going back. The owner kept in communication with us just making sure we were all set. While everything was perfect, I appreciate them checking on us. 5 stars all around !! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We reserved two units owned by Paula in this building and both were exceptional. The place was perfectly clean when we arrived, and had everything we needed as described. The balconies are huge and have beautiful views of the waterway and Bal Harbour skyline. In the evening, the water is lit up near the building with green lights bringing fish to the area. One night we saw a pod of dolphins swimming around in the water breaching. The unit is a 10-15 leisurely walk to the beach via 96th street. Pura Vida is an excellent place for breakfast / dinner, about 1 min walk down the road. There are exceptional restaurants, close by in the Bal Harbour shops, along Harding Avenue and on 96 street before the causeway, as well as a pharmacy and Publix grocery store. Everything is within walking distance. It's a superb area. Paula send great instruction in advance and everything is as she described. She is also very responsive to any questions. We will be back!
