Cosy Seafront Loft, Wonderful View

This is a comfortable L-shaped studio apartment, situated in a house facing the waterfront, in the historical town of Bakar. There is a living room with a kitchen, a small bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. The loft is on the fourth floor of an old stone house. You can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea, the boats and the old houses on the hill built closely to one another in traditional Mediterranean style. If you want to know real Croatia and you don't like the tourist crowds, Bakar is the right destination for you. From here you can make trips and get to know the Northern Adriatic Area and its natural and cultural attractions (the Islands of Krk and Cres, Plitvice Lakes National Park, Risnjak and Northern Velebit National Parks, the Istrian Peninsula, some amazing towns like Opatija, Pula, Rijeka, Rovinj. The town itself has everything you need – restaurants, cafes and grocery stores, a post office and a pharmacy. If you want to go swimming the nearest pebbly and rocky beaches are about 3 km away easily reachable by bus or a bike. The bus stop is just next to the house. There are plenty of other beaches within 10-15 km. However, staying in Bakar is meant for those people who are NOT primarily interested in sunbathing but rather in sightseeing, hiking, cycling, peace and quiet and relaxing atmosphere of a small town. In the apartment you've got a cable TV, Wifi, a washing machine and it is air conditioned. A free parking lot is about 200 m from the house. (URL HIDDEN) FOR NATURE LOVERS, we offer guided hiking tours, with experienced guides. You can choose from the following: EASY HIKES: Risnjak National Park (20 km ride, 2-hour hike), 1528 m a.s.l. Northern Velebit National Park (95 km car ride, 3 to 6-hour hike) . The car ride finishes by the mountain hut in Zavižan, 1594 m a.s.l., from where different peaks can be reached, all above 1600 m a.s.l. or you can choose to walk a part of the marvelous Premužićeva Trail, stretching all the way south for about 60 km. (URL HIDDEN) MEDIUM DIFFICULTY HIKES: Učka Nature Park, 1396 m (20 km car ride, 5-6 hour hike) . Hiking to Učka starts at the sea coast. We also offer other possibilities, and there are PLENTY :) according to your own preferences. Surrounding area abounds in natural beauties, so we can decide together what would be best for you (river sources, such the beautiful source of the Kupa river, nearby mountain peaks covered by amazing forests, hiking on the rocky plains of the island of Krk). Studio is located on the 2nd floor and has elevator, and stairway. The building is safe and under video surveillance and it has lot of free parking space (not reserved one). PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO IN FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS because this is a specific area.Bakar is a small isolated village in the center of all large tourist places. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

wir wurden gleich benachrichtigt wegen dem check in es funktionierte alles super wir wurden ganz lieb empfangen und es wurde uns alles erklärt wir haben uns in der tollen Wohnung wie zu Hause gefühlt und der Ort mit seinen Buchten und Fisch Lokalen der Pizzeria und den Sonnenuntergängen von der Terrasse bei Monika waren wunderschön wir kommen wieder und wünschen Monika alles liebe für die Zukunft

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb property. The communication with the hosts was excellent — they were very responsive and provided all the information we needed for a smooth check-in and stay. The hosts themselves were incredibly friendly and hospitable. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. One of the highlights for our kids was the beautiful garden on the property that we were allowed to enjoy. They had a wonderful time playing and exploring outside. The property was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. Overall, this Airbnb exceeded our expectations in every way. The hosts, the property, and the experience were all top-notch. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay. We hope to be back again soon!

Appartement conforme à la description : spacieux, place de parking privative, belle terrasse, très tranquille, possibilité d'aller à la plage à pied, proximité d'un supermarché et d'une station d'essence. Rien ne manquait. Situation géographique permettant de découvrir de nombreux sites touristiques, notamment en Istrie et en Slovénie. Hôtes charmants, attentionnés et très disponibles. Ils nous ont fait découvrir des spécialités culinaires excellentes de la Croatie et ils nous ont donné des bons conseils pour effectuer des visites. Nous recommandons cette location. Vous ne serez pas déçus et vous serez très bien accueillis.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in der Wohnung. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Denis Mutter empfangen. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet und wirklich sehr schön gelegen. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist ebenfalls traumhaft und es gibt zwei schöne Strände, die zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Man kann sehr gut Tagesausflüge nach Rijeka oder auch Krk machen. Nur zu empfehlen!!

One word is enough: WOW! An amazing view, the perfect size of the apartment and really the best communication with Tamara (answered in less then one minute, sent a pdf with tips in advance and made it possible to check in earlier). Nothing more to add - only: THANK YOU & SEE YOU AGAIN :)

Privat, Ruhig. Das obere Haus wird nicht genutzt. Man ist also allein. Klimaanlage hält das Haus schön kühl. Einziges Manko war eigentlich nur, dass ich mir die Aussicht etwas besser vorgestellt hatte. Bei Nacht und am Abend war diese jedoch durch den weiten Blick und die Lichter schön. Reisetipps waren sehr hilfreich. Nette Gastgeber. Beim Kreisverkehr im Dorf hinten an dem Autostellplatz vorbei geht es zum Tiny Haus. Die Terasse mit dem Baum und den Lichtern im Garten war sehr schön. Bett bequem. Man kann vom Schlafzimmer direkt auf die Terasse.

We stayed as two friends for a week and were very satisfied with the accommodation. Everything was well thought out, and it was, of course, clean. Communication with Sara was smooth. We received some great recommendations for local restaurants and shopping options from Sara, and they did not disappoint. We can definitely recommend this Airbnb.
