Great apartment, clean, well presented - looked just like the photos. Very quiet, we appreciated the blinds as they kept the bedroom dark and quiet (in addition to the double glazed windows). The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well. It is in a central location and very easy walk to the Mercado, super markets and the water front. We had a lovely stay and Susana was very responsive from booking until checking out. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful, stylish, sparkling clean, modern apartment. Check-in was easy with the app. The apartment is perfectly located, on the Plaza de San Juan, in the middle of life. Still, the bedroom was surprisingly quiet. In the vicinity, we enjoyed all the amenities of the city and the long beach can be reached on foot in 15 minutes via the promenade. The furnishings of the apartment were great for two people and Violetta responded immediately to a request. Thanks Violetta for a great stay. We felt very comfortable and welcome.

I think what stood out about this Airbnb was how close it was to everything and how walkable and safe. Cadiz is a beautiful city and we really enjoyed our time there. Thank you for everything we hope to be back soon!

Lovely apartment, clean, good facilities, very central, bright, well furnished and everything worked. Jose was very helpful, letting us adjust the number of nights and arrive earlier than check-in. Excellent air bnb and lovely host. Only downsides are the number of stairs to climb (but we knew this in advance) and the noise from the square and park outside. I used ear plugs to sleep so it wasn’t a problem

Wow, what a beautiful location! The location was great, the domain is completely enclosed and breathtakingly beautiful. You can walk there and it is very quiet. You certainly need a car to drive to the nearby restaurants. The accommodation itself was very neat and completely as described. The master bedroom is really fantastic! The host responds quickly to questions and is easily accessible by message. We had a great vacation!

The accommodation is wonderful to go with the family (especially with children, fabulous). The problem is when you go out into the street, your comfort zone disappears

we had a great time in Villa Silene, including a flamenco workshop organised by Resort Villas .

The house is spacious and very well equipped. We had a few issues finding it until we started using google maps. Very peaceful and quiet and pool was a nice bonus.

The flat has three bedrooms, two toilets, and one air conditioner. Huge picture window facing the sea and the busy commercial square. Pros: 100 meters from the beach, 30 meters from bustling cafes, high-energy center of the neighborhood, tons of parking in off-season, both toilets open to the hallway for max flexibility, kitchen has good cooktop and many dishes, two dining tables for large groups, excellent management by Eva and Carlos. Cons: The flat faces directly at the busy commercial square, busy cafes 30 meters from your bedroom stay open until midnight, the neighborhood is bustling until after midnight, roads in this neighborhood are a magnet for noisy 50cc motorbikes with no silencer systems until 3am on busy nights, two bedrooms have no fans, no en-suite toilet, parking is jammed at peak season. Conclusion: Great for high-energy guests. If looking for quiet, try Eva's other listing further back in the neighborhood. I will 100% stay with Eva again.

This flat was super quiet, and in a perfect location. Everything in the historic centre is about 5-15 mins away walking. Very close to buses, train station, market, grocery stores, cafe/bars. The flat was comfortable and had all the amenities of being at home. We stayed for 6 weeks and felt like it was our own place. The other tenants in the building are also super lovely people, a really nice community. Great value for money. Lots of space and comfortable to fully live in.

We stayed 2 months in winter. The apartment and its surroundings are very pleasant and we would recommend it to anyone wanting an excellent vacation.

Friendly host and lovely enviroment

Rosario is a wonderful host, from the first moment she gave us clear and concise instructions to get to the house and park well. The accommodation has easy parking nearby, it is in the center, close to bars and cafes but the best thing is the tram across the street👏🏻; with it you can travel to Cádiz without having to move the car.
