We loved staying in the apartment, everything was super clean and tidy. The ideal setting, super well-equipped kitchen to stay for many days, amenities such as tea and coffee available. We had a really great stay. Good location to the centre of the city and all a short walk away. Quick response from the host each time. Only the information for parking a car can be better. Parking is one thing in the surrounding area. Directly in the street is possible but is very expensive and it is also possible in a parking garage, it is only advantageous if you book via a site (search for the English part), otherwise it is also screaming expensive there. Location remains a good base for visiting Jerez.

The apartment is very well located, super close to the beach, which is also great. There are shops nearby that make your stay easier (bakery, cafeteria, supermarket, etc.). There is parking on the same street as the apartment, it is a quiet area. The apartment is just as described and was very clean and comfortable. A great place to stay in traditional Spanish rustic style. Achim is a great German host who is immediately available for questions and takes care of the well-being of the guests. The place was absolutely clean at check-in. Having breakfast on the rooftop terrace with fantastic views in the morning or barbecuing in the evening at sunset was great. The property is centrally located and is close to the market square with various restaurants and shops. Free public parking is about 10 minutes walk away. Loading and unloading is possible in front of the property.

The house is spacious and very well equipped. We had a few issues finding it until we started using google maps. Very peaceful and quiet and pool was a nice bonus.

An idyllic sanctuary near to the unspoilt beaches of Conil. The house is beautifully decorated, full of stylish touches, with an incredible tropical garden full of cacti and citrus trees. Lots of outdoor areas to relax, a lovely pool, perfect for our family with young kids. Without doubt one of the nicest places we have ever stayed on holiday, we absolutely loved it.

Really nice Airbnb in a lovely village with nice restaurants nearby. The kitchen seemed to be almost brand new. The view from the terrace is great - in the morning there is still shadow so it’s perfect for a breakfast on there in summer.

The apartment is excellent, in very good condition, clean and equipped with everything. fantastic views and well located to visit PN Doñana, the beach, restaurants. the only problem but it is a common thing in Matalascañas are the stairs, for people with reduced mobility it can be an inconvenience. we will definitely be back again Thank you Victor and Paqui

The apartment is much better than what is described, it is super close to the beach, it is very spacious, very comfortable beds, it has everything you need to feel at home with all the amenities. We traveled with 3 friends and our little ones, ages 4 and 5, and I can say that it is ideal for the little ones, super safe, comfortable, because it has an outdoor space to play inside the house. The parking inside the residential area, within walking distance of the apartment, has made it a great place to stay, with small children, all the facilities are appreciated. The host left us a wonderful welcome basket designed for the type of travelers we were, and the children were delighted. He was also super flexible with the checkout, so I was able to enjoy the day of checkout on the beach until late, when we left. Next year we will definitely repeat our mothers' getaway and I will also come with my husband, because I fell in love with the apartment and the kindness of the host.
