Grand & Cozy Loft with Indoor Patio in Sitges

Gaze through an incredible arched window that extends almost across the whole room and to the ceiling of this light-filled loft. Soaring above are exposed beams, below lie pale wooden floors, while in-between is beautiful exposed brickwork. The loft is located in a residential neighborhood near Sofia Avenue. The beach, city center, and train station are all roughly equidistant, and all easily reached on foot. Several supermarkets, plus restaurants, bars, and shops are closer still.

Our city also offers pleasant walks, shops of all kinds and an interesting gastronomic offer. A few kilometers away are the monasteries of Poblet and Stes Creus, Port Aventura, Costa Dorada golf, the Ebro Delta and the Priorat wine area, among others.

The Englishman's house

Thanks to the house's previous inhabitant, an endearing Englishman, we were able to make our project a reality: an old, charmingly restored house: one of the oldest houses in the town that we personally restored with great affection and in which we tried to maintain the original elements (wooden beams, staircase, stone arch) without losing any comfort. Its white color invites tranquility and reminds you how close it is to the sea.

A charmingly restored 19th century house in the Penedès wine region of Catalonia. Located in a privileged environment, for walking and enjoying visits to the numerous wine and cava wineries in the area. The house has all the amenities (heating and air conditioning), as well as high-speed WiFi. We have transformed an old townhouse into a spacious, comfortable and relaxing home perfect for small groups of friends and families.

It has it's own patio, where you can enjoy your breakfast, dinners or a quiet drink after a day in the hectic city life. The house, since1850, has 3 bedrooms: 2 rooms with double bed (one is small) 1 bedroom with 1 single bed.

Located in the center of the maritime district and close to all services. Possibility of additional rental of a parking space near the apartment for € 8 per day. During the months of July and August the minimum stay will be six nights.
