Very good stay in this well-located, spacious and pleasant villa. The exteriors are particularly successful: clean swimming pool, very appreciable jacuzzi, comfortable outdoor furniture… Perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather in complete relaxation! The villa also offers a good level of equipment inside, with three comfortable bedrooms and a large dressing room. A few small cleanliness issues could be improved... Very responsive and available host for all our needs Beautiful place for holidays for families or groups of friends. We recommend it!!!!

Marina’s place is an absolute gem - super well connected with the tram to Montpellier just a few meters away and yet quiet and peaceful. It feels like an oasis in the middle of what is a pretty busy and growing Montpellier suburb. The apartment itself is spacious, tastefully decorated and just a pleasure to be in. Also loved the fact that we could park the car in the garage. I would highly recommend to anyone wishing to stay in Castelnau for easy access to Montpellier and surrounding area.

Great location, private parking to leave the car safely. Shops and waterfront almost at the foot of the building. Easy check-in and check-out independently in the accommodation, in all respects identical to the description and indications given by Frédéric, extremely responsive and friendly. A lovely apartment on 3rd floor, with balcony, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and sofa bed, modern clean shower room. Extra additions of beach umbrella and towels are useful. access straight onto the beach from building. Good bars, supermarket and restaurants nearby. Tourist office and an excellent Bolangere open all day are both in main square Mairie Annexe. 200 metres away. We had an enjoyable stay.

One of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed in, impeccable cleanliness, incredible smell in the apartment. The terrace is huge with jacuzzi, BBQ, garden furniture… We were able to enjoy the pool without moderation. Morgane is a great host, she thought of everything in the small details. She is also always available and very responsive when needed. The residence is rather well located with several shops as well as the beach nearby. Can't wait to come back!!

We enjoyed the stay. Everything was as described and the instructions were very clear. In addition, the owner is very responsive and professional. The apartment is in very good condition and the decor is neat. The amenities are functional. The only downside is that the GPS didn't quite take us to the residence so we drove around a bit to find it because it's a little set back from the road.
