Absolutely a wonderful week in a beautiful villa! Giuseppe and Chiara are friendly, responsive hosts. Great location. Literally minutes to everything! Would recommend to anyone visiting Positano.

The host was amazing, showed us the place in a very detailed explanation. The place is very private with the million $$$ view of the sea and Vesuvius mountain. Loved the quiet and peaceful nature all around. Very large private patio and a little abandoned secret spot down stairs, again with the view, overall lovely place to spend all that time you have , I wish I would be able to go back to this place for at least 6 months…….twice an year. Thank you for sharing your place for the rest of us to enjoy.

If you are thinking about booking this place - DO IT! I do not have the words to do justice to this accommodation. Davide (the on site host) was very communicative leading up to our visit with clear instructions and a warm introduction. He met us outside and gave us a tour of our residence with helpful hints while also answering any questions we had. He was so welcoming and wonderful! The views from multiple balconies are absolutely breathtaking, the decor is so special and unique, and the place was SPOTLESS. There are many steps throughout Positano, so steps are to be expected, but this location was perfect for us. The bus stop, local grocery store, and a cafe are a 1 minute walk. Throughout the entirety of our stay, we were remarking on how lucky we were to secure this place. I cannot imagine a better place in all of the absolutely beautiful town of Positano.

Stayed in this guest house for a week during our honeymoon. We loved eating outside on the patio and cooked regularly in the neat, well-appointed kitchen. The garden is spectacular in the spring with views of the coast in the background and lemon and orange trees. Although we found Forio a bit dusty/busy for our tastes, this property was a peaceful retreat and we were able to walk to the beach and scooter all over the island (on a rental seamlessly arranged by our hosts). Giuseppe and Sara were very responsive throughout our stay and made themselves available at a moment’s notice for anything we needed. Highly recommend!

We're in love with "To Ischia With Love Villa" & Ischia! Mayra is a gem, she was very attentive and generous with her knowledge & time. She made dinner reservations for us, arranged our rental car/taxi's. She made our stay in Ischia absolutely fabulous. The property is outstanding and beautiful, the views are just stunning. The villa is clean-fresh linens, perfectly maintained. Private patio. We didn't have any issues. Mayra is on site and just a phone text away to help you. Our experience left us with the feeling that we will return. We did the breakfast every morning that she will provide, if you request.. Italian pastries & freshly prepared savory table, breads, fruits, jams & local delights. She had picked oranges from her garden trees to make us fresh orange juice!! Her mother Alessandra makes the most delicious cakes. Heaven! Not only just a place to stay, it's an experience. Thank you Mayra & Alessandra for being the most gracious hosts, your hospitality was incredible.

Beautiful views of the countryside, lots of hammocks and places to sit in the shade, and a charming villa. Has a nice fire pit, large kitchen, and pleasant trails in the woods.

Ermanno è stato un host davvero premuroso e attento. Costantemente presente e puntuale. La casa è un gioiello con una vista mozzafiato e dalla quale si respira la bellezza della natura che offre l'isola di Ventotene. Assolutamente un'esperienza da vivere. Grazie a cora Ermanno

From the moment we arrived Luigi and his family were extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. On our first evening we were given 2 enormous freshly baked pizzas. Most welcome after a long day travelling here. As a party of five adults we stayed for two weeks and glad we did. The views from the Terrace were amazing, with spectacular sunsets. From the large deck and pool areas you can quietly relax and enjoy views of the sea or mountains. At meal times the fabulous gas Webber BBQ was greatly appreciated. Inside the rooms, there were some charming, decorative features which added to the ambience of the property. A large open kitchen/lounge area provides a lovely social space. From the property was a fabulous walk with amazing views over the Bay of Naples and Versuvius. The small village nearby is very friendly but as mentioned in other reviews a small car is essential which our hosts also helped us to arranged.

Gorgeous house, charming town, beautiful views! We absolutely loved our stay here. Simone was a gracious host. Her niece met us when we got there and showed us everything. We spent a lot of time on the outside patio, enjoying the views. We appreciated the A/C in the bedrooms! The kitchen and house were both well stocked. We would definitely stay here again. We had some of our favorite meals in Vico Equense, based on Simone's recommendations. The bakery at the top of the steps was amazing! Such a lovely town, we don't speak much Italian and everyone was so patient and kind. What a great way to end our vacation!

The view is stunning, the house beautiful and really well made in the 60’s, with classic tiles and beautiful taste. The rooms and bathrooms are simple but functioning and clean. It is a fabulous house and the peace and privacy are unbeatable - absolutely recommended.

Bel endroit. Nous n'avons pas eu beau temps tout le temps, pas pu profiter de la piscine, mais la maison est bien située et on peut, de chez Linda, aller voir la belle ile d'Ischia à la moindre éclaircie. Très bon conseils de restaurent (Linda a réservé pour nous), très authentique, et qui nous ont permis de visiter la montagne.

Très belle place. La Villa était parfaite. L’accueil était parfait. Nous avons vraiment apprécié la disponibilité des gens, les diverses recommandations et la rapidité de réponse à nos questions. Je recommande vivement cette place!!

The villa was one of the most magnificent places I’ve ever been to. The garden, pool, and patio were absolutely stunning—beyond words. Being surrounded by mountains and the sea felt magical, and the privacy made it seem like we were the only ones in the area. The hosts were so sweet and responsive, making the stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely come back, especially since the inside of the apartment, while modest, is set to be renovated in the coming weeks. It will be even better! We were surprised to find that there was more than one unit at the property, but despite this, it still felt incredibly private.

This place is so wonderful I almost don’t want to tell you about it in case it’s always booked up! It is a beautiful location with a view of the sea, and walking distance to Forio. We found beautiful beaches and restaurants in Forio. Suggest hiring a car to see the rest of the island. The house has lots of space and the small fish pond was a huge hit with my kids. A great place for a group holiday or large family.

La Casa Sulla Spiaggia is a gem—peaceful, spacious, and extremely well-located! The house is right on the beach, with gorgeous private outdoor space to take in the Ischian sun. It truly felt like paradise. Case in point: we fell asleep each night to the sound of waves lapping gently on the shore, with gentle breezes helping us drift to sleep. Umberto, our host, was EXCEPTIONAL! Responsive, kind, and provided wonderful recommendations for walkable restaurants that were all top-notch. In short: I would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat. Grazie per tutti, Umberto—era un piacere!!!

Il soggiorno nella Villa Costa di Ulisse è stato un successo. La Villa ha uno splendido giardino con un grande Barbecue, molto utile per le nostre grigliate al tramonto. La Pergola esterna ha tutto quello che occorre per facilitare una vacanza a Voi ed ai vostri bambini. La Vasca Idromassaggio era al coperto, noi potevamo cucinare e contemporaneamente osservare i ragazzi che si divertivano. Il WIFI è potente e ci ha permesso di lavorare con PC e di fare delle Videochat in Francia dove abbiamo i nostri cari.Lavastoviglie, Lavatrice, Piano cottura esterno ci ha permesso di cucinare anche quando la temperatura è molto caldo. Costantino il proprietario aveva prenotato per noi ombrellone in spiaggia e quando siamo arrivati, abbiamo trovato tutto. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, il soggiorno è stato molto riuscito, il contatto con il proprietario Costantino senza problemi. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Grazie per tutto e a la prossima!

The experience exceeded expectations the moment we got there. Never have I experienced being greeted by the owners of Airbnb. It didn’t stop with the greeting, the family was always available when needed and more than willing to help with anything and everything. The place is far up the mountain but so worth it if you’re trying to just get away. If you don’t mind about 45 minute drive away from all the tourist, this is a spot for you. BE SURE TO RENT A CAR if you plan to visit other parts of city. I have no complaints for this place, I would definitely come back. This owners if they place are awesome!!!!

Come già accaduto l’anno scorso, anche questa volta il mio soggiorno è stato semplicemente MAGNIFICO! Eleonora e Andrea sono due persone meravigliose, accoglienti e autentiche: mi hanno fatto sentire come a casa fin dal primo momento. Tornerò sicuramente e consiglio questo luogo a chiunque desideri una vacanza all’insegna del relax, della riconnessione con la natura e, soprattutto, con se stesso.

Patricia’s house is in a wonderful, quiet location with beautiful surroundings. Off the beaten track but close to amenities. Patrizia and Massimo were so helpful with checking-in and giving us useful suggestions. The house has a lovely character and was equipped with everything we needed. A gorgeous setting for evening meals on the terrace, with pizza oven and an amazing garden. We even had use of the pool in April so thank you to Patrizia and Massimo for opening it up early for us! A wonderful stay with friends ❤️

Our stay at the villa was perfect. It is easy to reach near towns such as Sorrento, Piano di Sorrento, Naples, Pompeii and Positano via car. I would highly recommend hiring a small car; we had a 4-door corsa which was just small enough to navigate the narrow drive-way and roads. The villa itself is clean and tidy with everything that you need such as a washing machine, oven and hob, spacious fridge, 3 bathrooms, two bedrooms and a large decking area. We really enjoyed using the barbecue and pool. The pool is completely private and is only a few steps away from the house. Nunzia was very responsive and answered all our enquires promptly. Umberto also answered our enquiries prior to our stay and gave us great recommendations for car hire and excursions. Overall, I think this place is definitely worth the price and allowed us to have a great week in Italy.

Il soggiorno a Villa Elena è stato senza dubbio fantastico poiché la casa è ancor più bella di come sembrava nelle foto. Tutto era in ordine e pulito. È ben fornita di tutto ed è adatta ad un soggiorno di 10 persone. Avendo i riscaldamenti con due caldaie separate per i piani, la casa rimane calda e si può gestire quale piano riscaldare. Ha una bellissima terrazza e un salone con una bellissima vista sulle montagne. Inoltre il proprietario e l’assistente sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili Inoltre a qualsiasi domanda entrambi sono stati reperibili con una veloce risposta. Lo spazio nelle camere è giusto e ogni persona aveva il necessario per stanze e bagni (2 pubblici e 2 privati). Il paese vicino (Cusano Mutri) è molto bello, e tutte le persone incontrate sono state calorose e molto amichevoli. Per concludere: vacanza senza dubbio bellissima, consigliata assolutamente.

Posto molto carino e tranquillo. Ci siamo trovati benissimo come a casa nostra..proprietario molto disponibile e gentile..ci ritorneremo.

we had a fantastic stay at Patti's place. It was a brilliant location, the pool was a great addition to have during warm days and Patti gave us some really good restaurant recommendations. I would have no hesitation in staying here again if returning to the Sorrento area.
