The location of the apartment is perfect!🏔️

Vacation home on the Drömling

Right on the Drömling, the unique biosphere reserve, is our apartment on the ground floor of a large farmhouse. It has a separate entrance. Parking with the possibility to charge the electric car is available right in front of the house. The courtyard property is completely fenced and therefore ideal for children. The swing, the sandbox and the stilt house may be played with, so that our dog, cats, chickens and ponies quickly become a minor matter. You are welcome to use the pool.

Hello dear visitors! I rent out my bungalow, renovated in 2018, including a garden with a grill, fireplace and sun loungers. You are welcome to use everything. The rehabilitation clinics are a 5-minute walk away, as well as the Schlosspark (2 min.) In the village you will find restaurants, a supermarket, an ice cream parlor, as well as a pedal boat rental. The apartment is the complete upper floor with a large living/dining area, double bedroom, walk-in closet, bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, stove, fridge, etc.) The apartment is located in the center of Helmstedt (district of Barmke) and is easily accessible via the A2. It is quietly located and a lot of light comes into the apartment through the large windows, with all windows equipped with shutters.

Visit us in our small apartment (30 m²) in a quiet location overlooking the Mittelland Canal. The large garden, which you are welcome to use, and the wind-protected terrace promise relaxation in almost any weather. Parking for bicycles is available on the property (partially covered). This is also the habitat of our Labrador mix Luci. The journey by car to Magdeburg is 15 minutes and to Haldensleben 21 minutes.
