Agree with all the previous 5* reviews. Ignacio was helpful, flexible about check in and out and the apartment is well equipped and spotless. What adds to its appeal is the location, right by the beach, old town and a wide variety of restaurants. But top of the list is the amazing large and well furnished terrace with stunning views. We have no hesitation in recommending el Ático to anyone wanting to stay in beautiful Estepona

We loved this apartment. thoughtfully planned out and organised with everything we needed and more. Very considerate owner and everything was very good quality. We were very comfortable. Location was great with beach and restaurants all within a few minutes walk. Highly recommend and will use again if in this part of Spain again.

Gorgeous apartment that was well laid out and spacious for 5 of us. Beach was quiet and nice but the nudists did dominate The pool was lovely and family friendly with plenty of space Check in was easy and they were so accommodating after we got lost. Sea views are amazing

This apartment is really five star it’s absolutely stunning and very good value the views are amazing and we could not of wished for anything in the apartment it really was 5 star the indoor and outdoor pool is very peaceful and getting a sun bed was no problem at all. I will say you do need a car as it’s a little out of the way but it’s only a 5 minute drive to the marina or 10euros in a Bolt The beach is peaceful and only 400 metres away The only downside is if you are in a wheelchair or need a walking aid it’s quite hilly and there are quite a few steps to both pools but it’s only a small problem and I can’t recommend this place any higher than I can it truly is a luxurious apartment and we shall be returning soon

We were over in Estepona for a wedding ad stayed here and we absolutely loved it, easy to access, superb location on the beach front and close to lots of restaurants and bars. The place was pristine and we would highly recommend!!

The apartment was beautiful, well decorated and within beautiful grounds. The pool was great with sun loungers and parasols available for use. Perfect location for the beach, only a couple of minutes walk away. We stayed as a family of 6 and felt there was a great amount of space in the apartment and the washing machine and tumble drier was a great amenity also! Quiet location, it’s a longish walk for young children to the main restaurant areas, but taxis were only 5-6 euros and the gentleman on security was always happy to help and order taxis for us. Next time I would maybe hire a car. The walk is ok for adults, my parents walked to the old town each day and just got a taxi back no problem.

We had a wonderful stay at La Perla! The apartment was beautiful with lots of space and storage. The view from the terrace was amazing, exactly as the pictures show. It was great having the option to use the glass enclosure on the terrace, making it perfect for dining, or just enjoying the view with a book and a glass of wine! The grounds are beautifully maintained and the pools lovely. The walk along the prom to beach restaurants in both directions is a huge bonus! Georgi was a brilliant host, so welcoming and informative. He was also very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to return!

If you want to stay in a good rent in Malaga we suggest you to book this apartment! 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a huge living room and a spacious kitchen, Kelly’s apartment had answers all our requirements. If you have a car, you can even go to Marbella and it’s only 25 minutes of driving. We spent an amazing stay in Kelly’s apartment and we would like to thank her for her kindness and her hospitality!! Great apartment!!

We enjoyed our stay in this carefully decorated townhouse. It was moments from Playa del Chico which has a lovely beach, torre, and from which we took a long leisurely evening stroll.

Wat een geweldig mooi appartement op een toplocatie, direct aan de boulevard en op minuten loopafstand van het historische centrum van Estepona met veel leuke terrasjes en restaurantjes. We werden heel gastvrij door Wally en Ron vlakbij het appartement verwelkomd. Goede tips om de auto veilig te parkeren. Het appartement was precies als op de foto's. En super schoon en gezellig ingericht. De centrale plek van het appartement in de stad is fantastisch. Wij waren blij verrast met een mooie verrassingsmand met heerlijke lokale producten. Als ervaren reizigers hebben wij dit nog nooit meegemaakt. Wij verbleven er 11 nachten en elke dag was een feestje. Jammer dat wij vanochtend afscheid moesten nemen van dit bijzondere vakantieadres. Tot slot: Wally en Ron, dank jullie wel voor al het moois waar wij weliswaar kort maar intensief van mee mochten genieten. We komen graag nog eens bij jullie terug!

Le logement de Daniel était impeccable. la literie était très confortable. La vue de l’appartement était magnifique. L’accès à l’appartement était clair ! En fait, tout était parfait ! Nous pensons même revenir ! A bientôt sur la Costa Del Sol !

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön gelegen, wahrscheinlich eine der besten Lagen an der sonst so verbauten Costa del Sol. Traumhafter Meerblick und ganztägig Sonne auf den beiden Terrassen. Toll ausgestattet, alles da was man braucht, einige Restaurants, Supermärkte und Golfplätze in der Nähe, ausreichend Parkplätze. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit liebevollen Details. Alles in allem perfekt für einen Familienurlaub- noch schöner als auf den Fotos 🤩- sehr empfehlenswert!!!

Ons verblijf bij Virgina was prachtig! Enkel oogde op de foto's het appartement groter dat in het echt. Maar toch net groot genoeg voor 4 personen. Zalig het balkon om je ochtendkoffie op te drinken en te ontwaken en zalig het terras waar we tot de late uurtjes kan aperitieven met een prachtig uitzicht tijdens de golden hour. De jacuzzi was zalig om in te ontspannen na een dagje te gaan stappen. Maar als er dan toch 1 ding is waar ik echt commentaar op heb, is het de uitrusting in de keuken. Er waren naar mijn menig te weinig spullen om met 4 te leven. Er waren maar 4 borden en moesten deze telkens eerst afwassen om opnieuw te kunnen eten... Ook de grootste pan was veel te klein om er vlees in te bakken en helemaal scheef getrokken. Ook wat extra keukenhanddoeken waren welkom geweest. Maar voor de rest was het appartement zalig! Proper, modern ingericht, prachtig uitzicht vlak aan het strand.

My boyfriend and I had the most wonderful stay and Nicholas’ apartment in the heart of the Golden Mile Marbella. This quaint apparent nestled amongst beautiful gardens is clean, comfortable and has all the amenities required. The complex itself has a lot of traditional charm amongst with its beautiful facade that gives a welcomed contrast to the flash of the Golden Mile. Nicholas is a real people’s person and spent time chatting to us about the history of the area as well as going above and beyond to accommodate us. He also has some amazing recommendations for local places ! We absolutely loved our stay here and we will definitely be back to this little gem.

Absolut zu empfehlen! Lola und Juan Carlos sind super freundliche und herzliche Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation war super und es wurde schnell geantwortet. Das AirBnb ist wirklich toll und gut ausgestattet, wie auf den Fotos, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt! Die ganze Anlage ist schön und gepflegt, der Poolbereich ist ruhig und man hat auch noch einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Würde ich wieder buchen!
