We enjoyed our stay. The place is quiet and the view is splendid. Overall experience is 9/10 because there was an unexpected water shortage in Camp John Hay. But it was resolved the next day. Thank you for hosting us. Will definitely come back to avail the 10% discount. 😀

Beautiful, spacious, secured and private place. Worth the price per night. Security was just almost at our door step. The whole place was well kept. Clean and well ventilated bedrooms and comfort rooms but the management should consider putting a traditional flush and bidet as option for elderly and kids for sometimes Japan tech can be tricky. Also, a bottom load water dispenser for easy access on cold drinking water should also be considered. Nevertheless, our 4 day holy week vacation was well spent. Ate Ruby, the property manager was so responsive. Easy to deal with. Super bait and always smiling 🥰 Thank u ate Ruby for the five star service.

We like that the place was big and spacious, and each bedroom has a bathroom. The balcony with view of the golf course and backed by trees is nice. Unlimited filtered water is nice, and kitchen has enough equipment, dishes and utensils to prepare our meals. Wifi is strong. Host is very responsive and helpful. The place is not precisely known when pinning on map apps so we had quite a few misses with grab delivery and drop off taking us to another side of the estate. Landmarks to use would be Forest Lodge or White Castle Lord of Scents - two of the more well known places within walking distance of the Orange Golf Estate.

Very Clean

We had a fantastic stay at Fraser Pine! The house is super clean, bright, and clearly well cared for. Everything felt premium—from the appliances down to the comfy beds. We especially loved the attic-turned-media room—it became our cozy movie HQ for the trip. Our group of 8 adults, 3 kids, and 2 happy dogs fit comfortably. The master bedroom view is a total wow, and the quiet neighborhood was perfect for peaceful morning walks with our dogs. Also, what you see in the photos is exactly what you get—no surprises, just a beautiful, well-kept home. Highly recommended!

My group of 14 Seniors including me had a lot of fun! We enjoyed cooking and eating together. Although some of them had to climb up the 3rd floor to go to their bedrooms, they were able to handle. The house was really a home away from home for us! Thank you Trish and Rom... you guys were awesome!

The place was perfect for our big family—very spacious and fully equipped with all the amenities we needed. In fact, we didn’t even get to use all the rooms because each one already had multiple beds, which was more than enough for us. The admin was incredibly kind and accommodating. She allowed us an early check-in and a late checkout, which made our stay even more convenient. We also accidentally misplaced the keys at first, but she was so understanding and didn’t even ask us to pay for them—thankfully, we found them in the end! The caretakers were also great—very responsive and quick to assist, even just over text. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience! We’ll definitely be back next time. 😊

We had an awesome stay at Nakpil House! The place was super clean and cozy it really felt like home, which made it easy for our big family to relax. The host was very accommodating and responsive to all our questions, which we truly appreciated. Lucy was also very helpful during our stay and easy to talk to. We really loved the open space it was perfect for bonding and relaxing. The architecture gave the house a unique vibe and made it extra special. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the dishwasher was super useful, especially for a large group like ours. The location was great too very close to SM and the city proper, so everything was convenient. Highly recommended for big families, and we’ll definitely rebook again!

This trip was just planned weeks ahead. Despite the peak season, we luckily found Hosanna’s place which is big enough to host our big group. It was easy to find and the guards were nice. Upon entering, we immediately felt at home and everyone instantly fell in love. It’s great for oldies who prefer to have a relaxing time but at the same time there were so many activities provided by Hosanna that the younger ones really enjoyed as well. When we went to Baguio, it was sunny in the morning and rainy in the afternoon but we didn’t mind staying in because this house itself is a destination. Everything we needed was already provided for, even had house slippers for everyone. It’s also just minutes away from some of the attractions. Truly a gem of a place that made this Baguio trip stand out among our previous ones. Thank you for hosting us 😊

This place is perfect for group travels. It’s very homey. Feels really like a home away from home. And of course, Ate Caren was always helpful and accommodating of our requests. We appreciate everything you did for us! I just think you need to update your photos listed in here because they don’t give justice to the beauty your house holds. It’s really beautiful! had a group of 8 adults that fit well into the 4 rooms. I'd say this is the optimal number for adult occupants. any additional would probably need additional cushions. house is clean and includes even a good coffee setup including a French press which was great for our coffee routine. my only 2 suggestions would be to further improve the window shades for those who like to have dark shades and like to sleep in and not be awakened by the thin curtains as the morning sun comes in easily. also if the beddings can be further enhanced to make it more a "hotel like experience". don't get me wrong it's not terrible, we slept okay. but upgrading it will give an excellent restful sleep and perfect for those who want to sleep in with the perfectly cool weather. cheers to more Baguio experience!

We also loved that it was just a few steps away from a very peaceful and quiet beach. The caretaker is also very responsive and nice. Would definitely book again when I go back to La Union!

Great place for large group outing. It is a bit of a walk to the beach but was not an issue since we liked the morning walk while seeing a bit of La Union. All in all we had a great time and the host was very accommodating who made our stay extra special.

Shiella Mae was really helpful and really fast at replying messages. The house was really clean and modern and it had all the amenities.

Kaykayo is beautiful place! I wish I would have booked it at least for 3 days instead of just one night to really enjoy the scenery. Big enough to accommodate a big family. Staff are friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Had a great stay at Malou’s. The place was just like in the photos. Beautiful place and very near the beach. The beach felt like our own private one as there were only a couple of people around. Malou and her team are very responsive and accommodating. Will definitely stay again!

Great place for a family reunion. Rooms were spacious and staff very helpful, they even cooked food we bought from the local fishermen. Going down the street to Lingayen beach walk is worth it as the beach across the street can sometimes be filled with trash after the fisherman's haul. It was still a nice beach though. Overall I would stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at GGP Homestay! It’s the perfect place for families looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. The place is really well thought out— every space was fully utilized, and the overall layout was both amazing and inspiring. It had complete amenities, quality furniture, and a fantastic view that we enjoyed throughout our stay. The location is serene, ideal if you’re planning to bond with family over a staycation. The whole subdivision is super quiet, and even the neighbors were very understanding. Grab delivery is accessible. The owner was also very responsive. GGP Homestay is about 22 to 33 minutes away from the city center, depending on traffic. Getting to the house is challenging because of the steep and narrow road — the host did inform us about this ahead of time, but we admittedly underestimated it. Also, if you plan to explore tourist spots, you might just end up wanting to stay in and enjoy the house instead. Highly recommended for family and friends!

It's impossible to be more grateful and satisfied. If you are looking for a getaway, this is the best option for families, friends or groups. Privacy and tranquility are the best. The setting is beautiful, we felt right at home. We were able to cook since it is fully equipped and we were even provided with welcome basket and drinking water for the hot/cold dispenser. We felt safe and comfortable. Ate Grace, the villa keeper, is always attentive and willing to help with everything you need. The heated pool was a fav! You won't regret booking this paradise at all. Thank you for always welcoming us to the house and making our vacation the best experience. Can’t wait to book another trip!
