I love this place! Riwaz was so helpful, he was here to meet me even though I arrived quite late in the evening. He's been a great host the entire time, so easy to communicate with. The space looks exactly like the pictures, the location is beautiful, super close to many temples and great restaurants, everything in walking distance. I loved staying here ✨

What shall I say about this place! It was like I was with my family; caring and protective hosts, delicious foods, local traditions, and the company of the little ones of the family unforgettable. I usually travel from city to city when I am in a new country, however, staying with this family fulfilled me so much that I did not feel the need to go anywhere else- so, I spent an entire month that flew quickly in Kathmandu. The house is located in a local area, away from the noise of the rather touristy Thamel where you see more tourists than locals. The Kapan monastery area is the best to stay at. I would recommend this homestay to anyone visiting Kathmandu as it is a genuine homestay experience.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this charming homestay in Pokhara! From the moment we arrived, it was warmly welcomed by the friendly hosts who made me feel right at home. Krishna and family- you rocked it!! The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, offering a perfect blend of traditional Nepali hospitality and modern comfort. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated with local art, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. Waking up to the stunning views of the Pokhara valleys was truly unforgettable. The homestay’s location is ideal—quiet and serene, yet just a short distance from the vibrant Lakeside area, where you can find great restaurants, shops, and lakeside activities. One of the highlights was the delicious homemade meals, featuring authentic Nepali flavors made from fresh, local ingredients. The Krishna family was also incredibly helpful, offering valuable tips and suggestions..

Rashil's place is one of those rare gems of what Airbnb used to be about, a passionate local host who shares a taste of their world. Rashil was just so increidbly generous and took so much time and care to make sure I had everything I need. He took me out to an incredible hole in the wall dinner spot, that you could only ever experience if you were local. The next night he and his wife invited me over for dinner made by there incredible and very lovely cook. The apartment is amazing, It was a passion project of Rashil's to design and it has so much thought in all the little details. I had just come off a big job so spent a lot of time sitting at the beautiful kitchen table staring at the bamboo grove in the courtyard. Slowing down like that was exactly what I needed. I've stayed so many airbnb's all over the world and its been a very long time since I've had such personal and lovely experience like this. Thank you Rashil!

one of the comfortable and neat place for the long stay. well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds provided. wifi speed was good. local shops for grocery were just walkable. 8-10km from main city, finding cabs or shared transport is difficult. if u have your own vehicle then it's a must go property. arjun and madam was really helpful in all the means and they really looked after very well. The location was perfect—nestled in a quiet and peaceful area, making it an ideal escape from the city's hustle. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Mr. Lekhraj and his family were incredibly kind and welcoming, always ensuring I had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. Their warm hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. I had a great stay at Trilokbeer’s place in Kathmandu! The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Pramod dai is the most thoughtful, gracious host. He provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around. The villa is just perfect! Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs. The bed is comfortable, bathroom and terrace are excellent. Location is incredible away from the hustle bustle and dust from the city but still within reach (private or hired car highly recommended for daily transport to and from villa to city) with beautiful views. Pramod dai had excellent restaurant recommendations and was of great help. He went way beyond to make our one week comfortable and memorable. Thanks Pramod dai for a wonderful week!

We stayed at Vidit's for two weeks to participate in tennis tournaments at All Nepal Lawn Tennis Association. It was only 10 minutes drive and very easy to call a taxi by Apps. Also very convenient to do grocery shopping everyday at the supermarket next to the apartment. Above all, Mr. Vidit is kind enough to meet any request we made anytime. Highly recommend‼︎

Amrit is the main reason for the high ratings he receives from his guests including us. . He picked us up from the airport and also dropped us off. One particular flight had been delayed late into the evening yet Amrit insisted on picking us up. These gestures make all the difference. He was always responsive to our needs...goes the extra mile. The apartment was perfect for our needs in terms of facilities and location. The complex has a functional gym and a swimming pool which is not heated. Would be very happy to stay again and indeed we are hoping to return with family in the not too distant future..

If you’re coming to Pokhara, this is the heaven you should stay at! Prabha, the host, is flexible everytime, & everything you might need is available there including a telescope! Now the GEM OF THE PLACE is the one & only Sudeep. This guy is a legend, his breakfast, his way of going above and beyond to help you with anything, this guy made our stay the most memorable. Remember, u need a car or bike to move up and down, or easily ask sudeep for a taxi, that can stay the whole day with you. Thank you for this Crazy isolated Cottage!

One of the best air bnbs I have experienced. The location is in nature amongst the south east hills of Kathmandu. You feel at peace here, at with nature and tranquility. The house is cosy with everything you need. There is a conservatory / yoga house which has amazing views to meditate. The area is undergoing a big facelift with road construction but this doesn’t affect the stay. The host was loverly and tended to all my needs. The local driver was amazing and took me to some loverly garden plantations. You see the real Nepal in these locations with humbleness mixed with a great work ethic.

It was a great find in the prime location of Kathmandu. Very nice place to stay. Although we belong to Nepal from my husbands side but we decided to stay at this wonderful place. We went there to attend a marriage and ten of close cousins and nephew accompanied. We got this wonderful place where we all spent wonderful time together. Bijay is extremely helpful and reachable easily. His house is wonderfully done and felt like home. We will visit this place again and again. Thanks Bijay for hosting us wonderfully. I highly recommend this property

Cannot recommend this Airbnb enough, you will not regret the experience! Yan's Airbnb is extremely well done, with fine attention to detail. The room is curated with traditional Nepalese style furnishings and exudes an ambiance reflective of that. Yan himself was an excellent host, picking me up from the airport and showing me around Kathmandu the entire duration of my stay. I even went to his families home for tea! His recommendations are good and communication clear. I will certainly be back!

The apartment was clean and very well equipped. The views of the city and mountains are awesome and there are 2 lovely roof terraces to sit and enjoy them. Romy and his family were friendly and helpful, recommending a great driver for trips. The apparent was in a quiet cul de sac, although shops, and restarants were just round the corner. It was extremely good value for money -the perfect place to stay in Kathmandu.

We really enjoyed the stay. The house was located in a great and historic location, and was a good size for us. The host was very easy to contact and to get in contact with, and the WiFi worked very well. It was a great time for us.
