Beautiful farm stay just like home. If you want to stay for long time in Dharmshala it is a perfect place, value for money, farm stay in nature, easily accessible by car/taxi. Vijay pal ji family is very caring and will take care of everything. Food is awesome and affordable prepared with organic home products. Lovely place to stay and we really enjoyed here.

We had a wonderful stay the hospitality was heartfelt and truly reflected the warmth of our culture. Staying at Nihal’s Mudhouse was an absolute dream. From the moment I arrived he took such good care of me and hosted me so well. The place was spotless, my room had the most beautiful mountain views and the sunlight streaming in made it feel even cozier. Nihal personally showed me around and took me to places I would have never found on my own, hidden spots, truly local places that made me see Dharamshala in a whole new way. I’ve completely fallen in love, not just with this space but with Dharamshala itself. There’s so much beauty here in the place and the people. I honestly never wanted to leave. I’ll be back again and again and again I think, I am crying even writing and reliving it again.

Couldn’t have asked for a better airbnb. If your vacation plan is to just relax in the midst of nature away from the hustle bustle of city then this is the property for you. It takes 20mins to cover the trek of 500m from parking location. I would suggest use it as a proper retreat instead of a ‘stay’

The Shed - a mountain retreat

It was one of the best place, every moment in the shed was worthwhile. The surrounding was a healer, best place to sit back and relax and soak yourself in the nature. Caretaker and host of the place was amazing. Only one thing is difficult in terms of no proper pathway to the place, make it difficult to commute after dark.
The A-frame cabin is framed by tall trees and surrounded by lush greenery. Its distinct triangular structure features a dark metal roof and wooden accents, warmly illuminated by exterior lights. A welcoming porch leads to the entrance, creating a cozy and inviting appearance.
