The apartment is quiet to unashamed to but short distance to everything . 20 sqm terrace with stunning views of the Oslo fjord, the apartment of 90 sqm is located on 2 floors in single-family home , the apartment is completely renovated in 2021. Short way to t track,bus,shops, beach etc. 10 min to Oslo city centre by car.. Owner of the house lives on 1 floor and there is a common entrance but its own hallway. Owner of the house has access to its own loft in the floor above the apartment. This means that the owner uses common stairwell. There is an Apple TV in the living room to sleep.
