Two minutes walk to one of Norway's largest shopping malls, several restaurants in the immediate vicinity and the natural pearl Kalvøya with bathing areas, playground and sauna. Cinema and concert hall nearby. The apartment is on the 6th floor with a partially glazed south-facing terrace. There is an elevator in the building.

This is in a peaceful residential area, within walking distance to the bus that takes you to Oslo City Center in about 30 minutes. The landlord lives in the same house and shares parking and garden. The house is quiet, so this place is not suitable for parties and noise, but suitable for quiet non-smoking people. A nice starting point for exploring Oslo and its surroundings!

The house is new and modern, and situated on idyllic Snarøya, known for its beaches and its tranquility while still very close to Oslo. Bus every 12 minutes straight downtown.
