The apartment corresponded exactly to the description. It is cozy, bright and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Everything was very clean. You can tell that the host cares a lot about cleanliness and comfort. I would particularly like to emphasize the friendliness and helpfulness of the host. He was always available, gave helpful tips and did everything to make the stay as comfortable as possible. Absolutely recommended!

We had 5 wonderful days in the Allgäu together with our two children. There are numerous ways to do something nearby. The room and swimming pool are an absolute recommendation for family with young children.

Great place, among the best AirBnB's I've ever stayed in. Sizeable, clean, great layout, kid friendly. The staff was super friendly and texted a bunch of helpful information. The place was 10 min from downtown by Uber, but worth it to enjoy the spacious and very well equipped rooms. The most organized and stocked AirBnB I've stayed in by far. Would come again!

We spent two nights in the beautiful Black F Tower and felt right at home when we entered the room. We were very satisfied with amenities and furnishings. I would recommend it at any time.

I was there for a night because of the festival. Everything was straightforward and everything you needed was available. Simply ideal and uncomplicated. I'd love to come back. Unfortunately, the previous cleaning was not very good, which was very unfortunate. It smelled like previously cooked food, doors, bathroom and surfaces were unfortunately not very clean, that should have been better. Despite all this, a great concept.

We had a great night at Fuat's place! Everything was perfect and the same as in the photos. Everything was as described. Breakfast is a real plus and it was very good. Thank you very much we will not hesitate to return!

The stay was very good. Starting with the host's information. Up to the apartment, which was well thought out (e.g. microwave with baking function). The apartment and hallways were clean. I find there was comfort bathtub,and in the basement a new swimming pool. In the cozy apartment, we felt very comfortable. Thank you !

It was a pleasant stay: the location is a little bit far away from the main cities but maybe for somebody this is a plus. Very clean and always reactive interaction with the host. Just a sidenote: when I arrived the room was hot (too much I would say), but apart from that, it was very good.

This place is highly recommended. Modern decor. It is very clean. In the kitchen there is everything you need. As a welcome, a personalized bar of chocolate and a bottle of water were provided, so you felt right at home. Check-in and check-out is very straightforward with the key box. If I'm in the area, I would book here again anytime. Thank you!

As mentions the flat is dirty (especially because of another renter with whom I lived), and you have to bring you're help to make it a bit cleaner. However everything was fine : no trouble with the oven, the wash machine, the shower and I even played piano at some times, which made my journey still better !! The flat is well positioned in the city centre (supermarket near, not far from KIT laboratories) and I had a lot of space for my own in the flat. The owner Markus is nice and you will do everything he can to make you feel better ! If you need a ship and practical lodging for a few weeks or months the address is great (and actually highly demanded) Thanks Markus for this journey

Great experience and definitely worth it, Sevim was very helpful and always makes sure that the house is very well organized and clean, and my flatmates were so nice, I'd say it is one of the best experiences I had in a shared apartment.

Nice stay, location is little bit remote but for work travel it is good. Apartment is very nice, clean and calm surroundings.

I spent about 3 months there and the apartment was perfect, it had everything you needed to live comfortably. The owners are easily accessible and respond quickly. Recommended

I enjoyed a wonderful experience during my month-long stay. The studio was exceptionally clean, quiet, and well-furnished, and the hosts were responsive, friendly, and helpful with all my questions and needs. Though I had to be in Noerdlingen, it was very easy to drive there from Unterschneidheim, and the quality and value of the apartment was much better than what I could find in other towns. I highly recommend staying at Schoko Apartments. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay there again. Thanks Julian and Eileen!
