Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Baden District

Very nice place... We stayed for 2 nights and had everything we needed.

It was great to stay at Michael's beautifully designed house. The room was lovely with skylights looking out onto a wooded area. It was clean and comfortable. And absolutely silent at night. Michael and his son were friendly and helpful, and gave great transport advice. Highly recommended.

Ingrid is very kind and friendly person. We checked in with no problem. Apartment was really nice, as well as the garden. Ingrid even gave us a ride to the concert. Thank you very much for a pleasant accommodation 😊

The listing was as described. It is characterized by large floor space and spacious rooms. We were provided with sheets, towels, even a washing machine. Parking is available in front of the house for several cars. We received instructions on the day of to get in. Easy check in accommodation.

The house is very idyllically located and fits well in the area. From the numerous outdoor seating options, the Vienna Woods are very easy to see. There is almost no traffic noise. The property, the house and the furniture are maintained with a lot of love and care. Everything works perfectly. When we arrived, we immediately got a good tip for a walk. We weren't promised too much.

It was a pleasure to stay at Micheal’s place, everything was impeccable. He was a really attentive and friendly host, providing me suggestions for transportations, also providing me extra sheet when he noticed the temperature difference between the daytime and night. He made the room very cozy and comfortable to stay, and the place is located in a peaceful neighborhood surrounded with nature which is perfect for the nature lovers. Overall, I recommend it!

This apartment exceeded our expectations it is very roomy to what we usually go for and is super well looked after and decorated. Toaster only toasts on one side but apart from that the kitchen was well equipped. Supermarkets and transport links a short walk away. This was an awesome stay and would highly recommend.

It is a very cozy place in a small village with a beautiful view of the countryside. It was quiet and we slept very well. Drahoslava is nice and friendly. We spent two pleasant nights there.

We traveled as a family with 2 small children and felt very comfortable in the apartment. It is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you need. A baby bed and a high chair were also provided for our baby. There was even a parking lot right at the house that we were allowed to use. From the apartment you could explore Vienna by public transport. There were several bus and tram stops nearby. Also 2 supermarkets for shopping and a nice playground were around the corner. Thanks to the visitor folder in the apartment, we also ate in good restaurants nearby and at reasonable prices. We were very satisfied and would be happy to come back :)

We had a fantastic stay! The host was incredibly communicative and helpful throughout. The place was spotless and exactly as described. The location was spectacular—right in a vibrant local neighborhood full of charm, great restaurants, cozy cafés, and just a short distance from the city center. It also felt very safe, which made it even more enjoyable. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

Great place and great host! The apartment is well furnished and located very near public transportation to take you to all the sites to see including some smaller plazas that are walkable. The host is responsive and kind with really good recommendations for what you are looking for and popular things and restaurants to experience. Highly recommend it!

Great place and Bettina was a perfect host always available and ready to help. Location was within easy access to centre with great connectivity. We were a family of 4 with 1 teenager and 1 12 year old. It was perfect for us as a family. Would definitely book again if in Vienna

Fantastic, very large apartment, equipped to the smallest detail. There is a lot of love for detail in this apartment. The different lighting options available alone... Listening to the radio in the shower or toilet, air conditioning, fireplace, underfloor heating. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. Living room with fireplace, large TV, books, games, DVDs, X-Box, etc. 2 minutes away a Billa for shopping. Cleanliness was simply great! Friendliness as well. If we had something to "complain about" then at the highest level, that you could put a small cosmetic bucket in the toilet. We were more than satisfied and would love to come back.

We had a very nice time at Seds place. From check-in to departure, everything worked out and we felt very much at home. The living space is very spacious with a beautiful view of the sunset. Communication with the host was outstanding and went smoothly. We can only recommend the accommodation and would book it again on a renewed trip.

We all liked the accommodation very much. We felt comfortable and were able to relax. The surroundings are beautiful and the location is great. You can walk right away or do some things nearby. The accommodation is clean and very comfortably furnished, nothing is missing. We definitely recommend the villa!

This house is not exactly small, but it invites you to linger. It's really nice, yes, believe me, the garden is incredible here. Birdsong, a stream that rushes, in the evening you listen to the frogs and roses bloom, - my heart laughs with this great color. You're a guest here, so be prepared It's their home, not yours If you are looking for peace and quiet, and don't need a word, then come here to this place. The Badner Bahn and that makes sense, takes you quickly to any place. I loved it here, happiness lives here, I'd love to come back. Chanel

Seminarhaus Phönixberg is a place of power and inspiration. Ulrich is a great host with attention to detail and guests, friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure to communicate with Ulrich. The kitchen has everything you need, an excellent coffee maker and copper utensils. The bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable and the view from the window is a million. My family wholeheartedly recommends this house.

The house and surrounding are beautiful. The pool was perfect during a hot day to cool down. Vienna is close by car for a visit. And of course the local wines are very nice
