MAGIC PLACE IN BARCELONA WITH POOL at 25 minutes from downtown, by public funicular and underground or 4 km by car. Large and cosy 75 m2 apartment with spectacular pool overlooking Barcelona and the Mediterranean sea. The apartment belongs to a beautiful 1912 building in a charming neighborhood of Barcelona. We are extremely well communicated by public transportation. The apartment is at a 10 meter distance from the funicular station and it takes 25 minutes to reach the heart of Barcelona i.e. the Plaza de Cataluña.. Frequency: every 6 minutes during labour days. 10 minutes on Sundays. A Taxi drive home at night depending on where you are, should not exceed 20 €. The apartment has one large bedroom with two queen size beds (120x190 cm). and a double sofa bed in the living area . 40 m2 living area, couch, sat flat TV, bathroom with very large shower, fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, electric oven, washing/drying machine, dishwasher, microwave, iron board, etc. Free WIFI. You can control your central heating. We do not need A/C even in the hottest summer, but we have it. We are at 360 m. high. Everything is comfortable, cosy and elegant. There is a confortable sofa bed in the living area, which is transformed in a 140x200 cm. double bed with sheets From the living room area you access a 50m2 terrace with an incredible infinity pool overlooking Barcelona, the Mediterranean Sea, and a dense pinewood forest. The views are truly priceless. The pool area is private for the registered guests. Also, a private lift wich goes straight into your apartment is at your disposal. Bed linen, swimming pool towels and cleaning essentials are also supplied. We always parked in the adjacent streets without any problems. Supermarket and local restaurants are at 200 m distance. You can also go for beautiful walks in the surrounding natural park or discovering the charming modernist neighbourhood of Vallvidrera. All in all, this is the perfect apartment for couples looking to escape the vibrant city life but knowing that they can be there in a blink of an eye. Ideal also for families with up to 2 kids. Enjoy the simplicity of this quiet and central accommodation. Nice apartment, very functional with a great location in the historic center of Badalona. Charming, renovated studio in an old building. It has everything you need to make you feel at home and to make your stay cozy and comfortable. The accommodation has air conditioning, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, heating and a small balcony. The studio is located on the second floor of a house built in 1923. It is very old and does not have an elevator; access is via somewhat narrow stairs. Private entrance with digital code. The studio has a very comfortable 135 cm (5 ft 5 in) bed, a small kitchen with a refrigerator, induction stovetop, and washing machine, as well as tableware for two people. It is important to know that the listing has check-in and check-out via electronic codes, so there is no concierge service or physical staff at the property. The electronic door system will allow you to open the doors using a unique code, which will be valid from the day of your check-in until the day of your check-out. There is no Reception/concierge. No physical staff. You will be pleased to know that the accommodation is located in a very old neighborhood of the city with pedestrian streets and a lot of charm. The neighborhood is quiet; however, we should note that the church bell tower is active and the bells ring every quarter of an hour both during the day and at night. There is also a school next door that is open during the week from September to June. Tourist tax not included in the price of the accommodation (€1.75/person/night). This fee is charged separately through a payment gateway or bank transfer.

Home & Beach, First

It has 3 bedrooms (capacity for 5 people): 2 of them with 2 single beds each, which can be converted into a double bed, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, and a sofa bed for two people (EXTRA, see conditions). It is fully equipped and air-conditioned. The apartment is on a second level; you have to climb some stairs. The suite has an alarm system that is deactivated when guests are occupying it. There is only one motion sensor inside the apartment and a camera that takes pictures outside the apartment, which is directed at the door that faces the street.

The apartment is an annex to a large house, which is located on a hillside high above the idyllic village of Cabrils, 30 min. by car from Barcelona along the coast. It has a large terrace with direct access to a garden with a magnificent 10 x 5 meter pool with spectacular views of the Mediterranean and is surrounded by natural park with beautiful hiking trails. Lola is a naturopath and a well-known therapist and author and often organizes meditation sessions and other wellness activities at home

If you come by car, it has a parking space (maximum height 1.80 m) and if not, there is a train station 100 meters away that connects with the center of Barcelona in 20 minutes.
