Schwalbennest Ravensburg (Swallows Nest Ravensburg)

Our vacation home is located on the uppermost edge of the slope above the Schussental with views over the cityscape of Ravensburg and the vineyard. It is the “swallow's nest” – a small spot on the city map of Ravensburg that tells a special story.   We have preserved the former "laundry house" in which diapers were once washed for the children's home that was located there at the time, and have lovingly restored it to its former glory. The special flair of this cottage has been maintained.

Built in 1904, the remise was not used for almost four decades and we decided to renovate it from scratch in 2020. The transformation into a spacious residential unit with two bedrooms, an open kitchen and a spacious bathroom in the middle of the village center of a rural community. The hiking trails start right outside the front door. The stream is only a few meters away. Therefore, a romantic, relaxing rustling and rippling can be heard in the garden. Home sweet home is our motto! Spend your vacation days in our vacation home, which is located in an idyllic area in the middle of the village of Schrattenbach. Due to the separate bedrooms and bathrooms, the house is also ideally suited for professional stays. It has a separate entrance and parking space, so no direct contact is necessary. The house was renovated in 2020 with a lot of love for detail and is within walking distance of a bakery and a restaurant.
