We are happy to organize a wine workshop. From Mainz you can make wonderful excursions to the wine regions of Rheinhessen, Nahe, Middle Rhine and Rheingau. The Mainz Carnival is a highlight. From the balcony you can see the Rose Monday parade. Unfortunately, there is a construction site in the neighborhood right now. Therefore, sometimes a little louder.

The living-room looks out onto the garden and a small terrace. Frankfurt city centre by car is about 15 min. (off-peak), the closest public transportation station a 15 min. walk (down/up a fairly steep hill) (there's a bus, but it doesn't run on Saturdays after 3 p.m. and on Sundays). 2-4 people.
