Deine Unterkunft ist ein separater Teil unseres Hauses und befindet sich in einem schönen ehemaligen amerikanischen Offiziersviertel. Du hast auf 35qm ein Wohnzimmer mit einer großen bequemen(!) Schlafcouch, einen Kühlschrank, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (Nur Queensize!!!), sowie ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne. Im Eingangsbereich befinden sich eine Teeküche, Geschirr, Besteck und Gläser aber KEINE KÜCHE! Du hast eine Terrasse hinter dem Haus und einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür.

Das knapp 100m² große Haus mit gehobener Ausstattung und Blick in den Garten, befindet sich in einer ruhigen Straße, die etwa zwei Gehminuten vom Bahnhof und der Stadtmitte entfernt ist. Der Flughafen ist etwa vier Kilometer entfernt und mit Auto oder Bahn in ca. fünf Minunten zu erreichen. Die Frankfurter City sowie die Messe erreicht man in ca. 20-25 Minuten mit dem Auto oder Bahn. Our apartment (about 35 square meters) is centrally located in the center of the historic old town of Butzbach, the pearl of the Wetterau. The medieval market square with its historic half-timbered houses is one of the most beautiful in Germany. The apartment has a separate entrance with video intercom. The central location makes it easy to reach all the shops, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The train station is a 3-minute walk away.

Eva's "Himmelbett-Wohnung" is on the second floor of a large, detached house from 1907. It is accessible via a spiral staircase from the outside. It can accommodate up to three people and has a small kitchenette, a modern bathroom and a separate toilet. The apartment is lovingly and functionally furnished. A lot of emphasis was placed on high-quality beds and plenty of light. Parquet flooring and exposed roof beams make the apartment cozy.

You will occupy part of the house and use it for yourself alone. Living-dining area and kitchen are located on the first floor. As well as the bathroom with toilet and shower. On the 2nd floor you can use 2 cozy bedrooms. (Bed each 160 x 200 cm) On the 2nd floor is another bed (180 x 200 cm) The bus stop is just a 1-minute walk away and Frankfurt is about 30-40 minutes away. Parking is available at the house.

Our vacation home is idyllically located, yet very central in Mainz. The house dates back to the 19th century and has been lovingly renovated and completely refurnished. You'll find anything your heart desires. It has a beautiful, sunny and quiet location. In less than 1 minute you are on the Main. In 10 minutes you can take the bus to downtown Mainz. Relax on the large terrace overlooking the linden trees.
