Very great and large accommodation that is definitely worth its price! The apartment is located in the basement but still quite bright, very clean and cozy!

Niels’s place is like a home away from home in all senses. He welcome us with treat for the kids and enough drinks for all (he went above and beyond). We were able to check in and check out very flexible. The apt has everything and more. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, enjoyable balcony with a quiet sitting area, squeaky clean bathroom and toilet. It’s very easy to get around by foot, with public transportation or with a car. Overall the apt had a high quality standard. The area around is beautiful to have a walk, with playgrounds for kids. I highly recommend Niels’s place and I’m pretty sure I will be coming back. Having experience with Airbnb over the world, this is one of the best places I ever been. Thank you Niel.

We had a very nice stay in Bad Orb. We really liked living in a 200-year-old half-timbered house with all its facets such as creaking, crooked and sloping floors. In addition, there was the extraordinary furnishing with works of art and paintings. Communication was always very quick and nice.

Very nice landlords and a great apartment. Our colleagues were very satisfied :) Even short-term change requests were responded to quickly and helped :)

Was very happy with the place. Dennis was always available and very friendly. I can 100% recommend the place. I felt comfortable The parking lot was right in front of the house and there was even the possibility to drink the first coffee outside on the terrace in the morning.

Hi Silvia, your apartment is beautifully located – right on the edge of the forest, in absolute tranquility. You immediately feel like you're on vacation. The view of the countryside, the fresh air and the possibility of standing directly from the front door with a step in the forest is simply special and rare. The accommodation itself is very well maintained, cozy and equipped with everything you need. We felt completely comfortable. We would especially like to thank you for your warm manner and helpfulness – you were always approachable, responded quickly and were open to any small request, such as a few extra glasses. This is not a matter of course and is very valuable.

The apartment is very nice and well/well equipped. In the kitchen there is everything you need for cooking, and the utensils are in great shape and are in great shape. The bathroom is also comfortable and the large bathtub invites you to relax on a cool day. The lots of wood in the apartment adds to a cozy ambiance. The apartment was very clean and the hosts were very friendly and helpful and easily accessible. The location is beautiful surrounded by nature. You can take wonderful walks through the greenery from the apartment. It's just the thing if you want to relax and unwind. We would visit again immediately and would also like to try the restaurant next time, which unfortunately was closed at the time. Full score! :)

The hosts are super likeable! Communication was excellent and smooth. The apartment is upscale, modern, cozy and furnished with a lot of love. You have everything you need, you feel right at home. Just arrive, stow your things in the cabinets or in your desired places, put some food in the fridge and feel right at home. The highlight for connoisseurs is the bathroom with a spacious hot tub and the sauna located in the bathroom. When you get up in the morning you can hear the birds chirping and you are very close to the outskirts, where you can walk a few minutes to the Ferlder. Beautiful rapeseed fields with the Frankfurt skyline in the distance. The good infrastructure allows you to spread out in the Taunus in a few minutes, for example, to immerse yourself in various forests, hiking trails, etc. I'd love to come back, you can switch off nicely and it feels like a vacation.

We felt very comfortable. Great starting point for excursions to the countryside and Aschaffenburg. Plenty of space for the six of us. Barbecuing on the rooftop terrace was even possible in light rain. The host is very nice. We would book again.

We had a wonderful stay in the feel-good oasis of Madeleine and Martin! The apartment is lovingly and individually furnished, super comfortable with cozy beds and a spacious living area. We particularly enjoyed the balcony and outdoor jacuzzi. The hosts are incredibly hospitable and made the stay even more enjoyable. The hobby room was an absolute highlight! Everything was very clean and well maintained. A perfect place to relax and discover the surroundings. Highly recommend!

We stayed at the place for two nights. We were traveling with five adults, one toddler, and two small children. Everyone felt totally comfortable and didn't miss anything. From the communication in advance to the arrival, everything was completely well regulated and very loving. All the people we met on the farm were very open-minded and super nice. Our two youngest fellow travelers also felt very comfortable and will not forget the stay so quickly. Especially for families, the accommodation offers a retreat after beautiful day trips in the area. Everything is quite quickly accessible by car. We can only recommend the place. The place is one of the best Airbnb me and my partner stayed at. The owners are very responsive, and the place it’s self felt like home, there are many positive things in it. Definitely recommended for travelers and hope to come back soon.
